Thanks Dung.
I'll look at Nathan, the Watford stuff, Tighty's perusals, & the various Celtic permutations, (they cannnot possibly be a 33/1 shot, but how to find a sensible angle is the thing), after my afternoon constitutional.

Don't like the overs in Poshies v Uddersfeeled myself.
We're a lot tighter at the moment now we're going with three central defenders and playing on the break. Plus Fergie has a full squad to choose from and things feel generally on the up.

Actually to be fair to Hooper he's be a great signing for Liverpool given the current balance of their squad.
He was linked with Liverpool 2 weeks ago.
Jelavic and Fletcher don't seem to have any problems scoring in the Premiership so I don't think Hooper would.

One other for consideration tonight.
Cardiff v Watford
As you know I am a Watford game and I went to the game v Peterboro on Saturday where we bumbled to a last minute 1-0 win. Chelsea loanee Nathan Chalobah was outstanding in central midfield. The other players look to him all the time as he is so composed on the ball.
More importantly he had three shots at goal, the most of all players. One hit the post, one was blocked and one was a great save by the Posh keeper.
Perusing the "score anytime" with Hills for tonight I see that he is 7-1 to find the net, compared to shorter 4-1 prices for his fellow midfielders.
I'd suggest a small £5 investment at 7-1 on Mr Chalobah.
If he continues to be under-rated I'd suggest repeating this bet to small stakes for the next 3/4 Watford matches as welll. This young lad seems to have an eye for goal, despite playing in the Yaya Toure role at the base of the midfield. Doesn't stop Yaya does it?
Dung
He's 11/1 anytime at Bet365, or 33/1 first goalscorer with e/w being 1/3 the odds.

Hooper
I take it you are a Scunny fan mate? I have noticed in a few posts you have made that this seems to be your team.
If you fancy a bit of a banzai in this game for an interest and want to get behind Hooper I have been told that some firms are offering Barca to win & Hooper to score @ 25/1
that seems ool, I haven't found the bet myself yet but I am still searching, waiting on someone confirming who he seen this market with.
This is a great bet imo. The price was with Wills Hills. Has been taken off the site so they can reviews the odds. Apparently still available in store. If anyone can get to a hills PM me.

A measure of the task facing Alastair Cook in his first major tour as captain is that it is nearly 28 years since England last won a test series in India.
We have been outbatted, but then again the golden generation of Tendulkar, Dravid and Laxman spans much of this
This time we go minus Strauss, and with a new opener. We have KP, Trott and co..they have Kohli, Reina and co
but it is in Spin that we will really struggle. Kumble and Harbhajan skew the historics, but I maintain England will not deal with Ojha and Ashwin. There was no sign that we would deal with Ajmal in the UAE v Pakistan last winter, and we lost every test, 3-0
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pakistani_cricket_team_vs_England_in_the_UAE_in_2011%E2%80%9312
India should prepare dustbowls. To play a second spinner we have to either unbalance the team with Panesar or play Samit Patel at 6, a bits and pieces cricketer
India 4-0 widely available at 16-1
More conservatively India 3-1 is 12-1
http://www.oddschecker.com/cricket/india-v-england/india-v-england-tests/india-england-tests/series-correct-score
I think the result may well be one of those two, to bang the drum again

"He's 11/1 anytime at Bet365"
!! Blimey. that makes my pick look terrible. Not sure B365 has been doing their homework on this one. Maybe they just think Cardiff are going to win untroubled.

Sorry - still happy with my "pick" but it makes my 7-1 thoughts look terrible.
FWIW I think Chalobah will score about 6/7 goals from his holding midfield role this year based on Saturday's performance and Watford anticipated uplift.

If 7-1 was value just makes 11's even more value, rec doubling your bet to £10 for example.
Have had a fun sweat myself at 11s, also small interest on the 33s.
365 often ool with things like these, and if you catch em out 2 much they just restrict.
If like me tikay is restricted unforts he'll struggle 2 get about a tenner on.
Perhaps he should get the max he can on the 11s-probs about 4 quid, and the rest at the 8's available at betvictor.

I need to go out, & I'm out of time. In my haste, I can only see two bets among all of today's suggestions which appeal (Cricket aparrt, which I'll sort seperately), which are these.....
Scunthorpe v Preston
Scunthorpe have scored 5 in six at home, Preston have scored 8 in 6.
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/league-1/scunthorpe-v-preston/over-under-2.5
Under 2.5 at virtually evens BetVictor is a really good price
And......
Burton v Port Vale
Burton have scored 17 in six at home
Port Vale are the division's top scorers, 14 in six away. Port Vale have won 5 in 6 away
This is reflected in a best overs price of 8/11
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/league-2/burton-v-port-vale/over-under-2.5
We have done both these for now, if I return in time, I'll try & find some others amongst today's batch.
Scunthorpe v PNE UNDERS, £42 @ 20/21, BetVictor.
Burton v Post Vale OVERS, £55 @ 8/11, Blue Square.
Scunthorpe United v Preston North End
Under 2.5
(Over/Under 2.5)
Odds: 20/21
Stake: 42.00
Possible Return: 82.00

Bruno Saltor 66/1 Leicester vs Brighton
Been recommended a few times here and elsewhere. Seemed very attacking having spoken to Brighton fans, obviously away today, but @ 66/1 when I've backed 33s before, it seems like a no brainer. Recommend £10 e/w First and £5 last with B365
P.S Price is a few hours old.

Barnet came right in to 5/2 best a couple of hours ago. Now over 3/1 on Betfair again. Guess Davids not playing?
