Nothing you can do about the MMA bet, anyone can KO anyone with the small gloves.

Doubt he felt anything!

Hamilton v Bates under 2.5 180s at 11/10 with . Price is ool and Bates is in woeful form so we shouldn't see more than 6 or 7 legs. Neither are big 180 hitters either. Should be odds on and is everywhere else.

Thanks Bazza, that price is SO ool with eveyone else!

Have gone for £40, as you never suggested a stake. You OK with that?

UNDER 2.5 x 180's, Hamilton v Bates, £40 @ 11/10, Stan James.

The game is 1.30 this afternoon, I believe.

Yeah, was meant to have plans so didn't expect to be about. Plus, prefer it on the larger TV.

Will be back with something for next week's event though.

BET SUGGESTION

MALLORCA +4 ON CORNER HANDICAP BET365 5/6 V BARCELONA

most other firms are +2 bet365 are +4 they are widely recognised to have the best complier around for these type of bets (or one of them) however this looks at worst generous

some factual things

Only A.Madrid & Valencia have been to Mallorca in the last 24 & covered the -4 handicap.

Barca last 24 aways 230 corners average 9.58 with a average  +2.42. Mallorca homes seen 283 corners with average +0.88

over the last 5 seasons between the sides Mallorca are leading the aggregate corner count 34-27 (against barca)

suggest £40

How on earth do you spot these things? Incredible. Falls into the "looks too good to be true" category!

I have been following, & backing, a lot of corner markets for a while now, but I use Simple Soccer Stats (which I think you gave me) & they only do UK football. Love the corner markets, there are so often mini-ricks.

Fred is persona non grata with Bet365, but as Dom pointed out, Stan James had the same market & a slightly better price.

We have £44 @ 10/11 with Stan James, Mallorca +4 on the Cornet handicap v Brcelona, Kick Off 4.50pm today.

Thanks horsey.

Afternoon Mr T.

I am so excited about the Chelsea game, never have I wanted a match to have goals as much as this one.

Anyway other matters. Today is the last Rugby League game of the season, England v The surrender monkeys. I am going to recommend a bet that I don't often do as I do think it is usually skewed firmly in the bookies favour but today I have found an exception. What helps us is the fact that the same 2 teams played each other last week end with England comfortable winners 44-6 so they meet again in today's final. The match really was men v boys with the French rarely threatening. There were also 3 bad injuries to French players meaning they miss the match today and are replaced with amateur players.

I used Andrew T's excellent presidential analysis as a template for today's game. I think if they play each other 10 times England win them all and 8 times they win by 40 points or more. Of that 8 I believe they win by 51 points or more 4 times and of them only once do they go over 60 points. So I reckon that the odds of a win by 51-60 points to be 3 1/3.

So what odds are available. 51-60 is available with Skybet @ 11/4 and Ladbrokes @ 7/2. Neither are a million miles away from my reckoning. However we can back both 51- 55 @ 11-1 and 55-60 @ 12-1 giving us combined odds of more than 5-1.

As I am a nit I would suggest £5 on each of those with Sporting bet.

P.S  The weather forecast is for dry weather.

Zabeletta to be shown a card: 5/2 with betfair

Looks big to me when he will be up against Bale and Lennon.

Yes £40 is fine.

I also like Beaton later on tonight for the same reasons I fancied Thornton yesterday. I've backed Beaton -1.5 @ 10/11 Coral and Beaton 5-0 @ 18/1. Suggest £55 on Beaton -1.5 and a banzai £10 on 5-0.

no absolute zilch about rugby league but if this is the case

"I think if they play each other 10 times England win them all and 8 times they win by 40 points or more."

the 8-11 by bluesq england -38 should be a max bet?

Time issues, details to follow, but we have a tenner @3.5 with Betfair.

Thanks Tal.

This makes more sense though I have no idea if we really do know we win 8/10.  What I can say is that hector had no edge guessing what a score distribution looks like vs someone who has one on a spreadsheet.

I have no idea of the strength of this, or the perceived Value, so we just had a fun tenner.
