Senna 10th at the checkered flag

Tal! I expect better from you, please.

Tsk.

Senna is always a safe bet because he's so regular.

Senna leaves the rest behind....

Wow, I thought it had won already.

Very happy with that.

I'm a Cowboys fan. But how did they get away with that decision.

Evening Mr T. You must have been out late last night.

I have an urge for Fred to do an F1 bet, but nothing too outlandish. I am not the originator of this bet, I have copied it from Eso Kral, but it has been successful for me the 2 occasions I have done it. Bruno Senna seems to be Mr Consistent, qualifying in around 12th or 13th and then finding more pace and reliability to get into the points. His price is odds on with 5 bookies to get into the points but we can get 5/4.

Suggest Senna to pointify £20 @ 5/4 Bet Fred.

It is a nitty bet but I am not an F1 expert and I feel we all need a Fred bet to root for.

England lost their last 5 wickets for 66, and Ojha got both Prior and Cook early. Ojha took 9 wickets in the match.

India then knocked 77 off quickly

So thread wins Doobs' 11/8 1st Test bet, which gets us off to a winning start for the series

Encouragingly, Pujara got 41 of the 77 needed, to put another 16 between himself and Sehwag in the Indian batsmen run tallies

We have a favourite's chance with the 7-1 bet there already

We have a punchers chance of scooping on a 3-0,3-1 and 4-0 series bet

The Anderson and Bell bets look difficult and impossible respectively

The second test is in Mumbai on Friday. Mumbai is a red soil wicket. Another win the toss and bat, but it tends to be a result wicket as the pitch spins and doesn't last. It also tends to be a bit quicker than Ahmedabad.

The England selection meeting will be an interesting one

Panesar has to come in, and much debate no doubt about the top six where Trott, Pietersen, Bell and Patel contributed the square root of not a lot in Ahmedabad

I'd be very interested in people's thoughts on this.

Also, if we decide to bet, do we have to await, & perhaps be subject to, the toss?

Be interested to hear views on this, as I have no faith in Patel with either bat or ball and I don't see Panesar as likely to take 5fers against an Indian batting lineup that has seen up and down slow turners with no real variation since they were seven.

If the seamers can't take wickets, England will struggle to take 20 at Mumbai.

Yes - my real point is, or was, should we get with India before the toss - is it that close, or is it India either way?
