hope so for your bet and your team mate

Thanks.

For anyone with a contrarian view on SOD, wanting to find a backup candidate for the BFC role, we were officially down to a shortlist of five prior to the news breaking unofficially that it had been offered to O'Driscoll.  Officially, no-one has released any of the names, so this is a bit of educated guesswork.

However, should the SOD thing not materialise then, as of right now, I'd be looking at Megson 20/1 and Rosler 33/1 as the potential value in the remaining market, both with BetVictor.  Might be of interest to some of you value hunters, but I'm not hitting the panic button on SOD just yet.

Currently the 2nd and 3rd favourites behind SOD are Neil Redfearn and David Flitcroft.  Despite his legendary status as a player, I just can't see that we'd go with Redfearn as a No1, as his managerial record is' poor.  Flitcroft might well get full-time role if SOD doesn't take it, but there's enough negative feeling around about this for me to believe they won't go through with this.  Megson and Rosler have both been linked and would make much more sense to me.  Gut feel is that both are on the shortlist of 5.

Also, anyone looking at the next NFL game, be aware that Joe Webb might be starting at QB instead of Ponder.  Sounds like it's becoming an increasing possibility, although Ponder has been deemed 'questionable' for the whole week.

Ponder practiced earlier and didn't attempt a throw over 15 yards

Looks like its Webb.

Looks awfully difficult for the Vikes, more so than it was already

Meanwhile a good fun defensive battle in Houston, which suits the threads bet. JJ Watt is tremendous. What a player. Same applies for Atkins

QB´s have been really poor and the defences rock solid, we run really bad (one dropped pass aside) to have 16 points on the board here.

wow Ponder didnt make it, Joe Webb deffo starts. He is very mobile and not a bad QB but what a turn of events in a play off game. I remember him playing well against Philly two seasons ago to win a game when they were 10 pt dogs. I guess Minny will do an awful lot of running with him in at QB and AP

I'm pretty sure Webb was drafted as a WR too.

I think Minnesota become a bet with Webb at QB +10

GB won't have planned for him and he brings different skills to the table.

I don't think it's worthy of a line movement at all

its interesting now isnt it, can bet - 9 1/2 one side or plus 10 1/2 the other which is unusual around a big number. I wouldn't be amazed if it touched 11 tho before kick off.

Number is 11 in the Station casinos and other places offshore that have no sharper punters. I'm with you guys, it seems like an overeaction.

I think it makes the total drop a fair bit and you can still get under 46 at 10/11 with Corals. I say you, as this particular joke organisation seem to hav stopped answering my calls.

I would take under 45.5 and be happy.

I believe their Site is down at the moment Neil.

I tried to get something on with them in the last half hour (I was doing some advantage teasing, you know how it is....) but it will not accept a Log-In, on either my Lappier or Ippy. Safe to asume that when the site comes back Online, the line will have moved.

this is the bet I have had, Corals seem to be having tech probs so cannot get the 46. I think Webb in probably helps the clock to move along as he will run far more than Ponder could under pressure. Minny might have to use Kyle Rudolph  a little more in protection too as I am sure Green Bay will be salivating at the thought of trying to get to Webb. If he does it probably takes away one of their main passing threats.

My mum and my sister both have BlueSq accounts but I don't want to wake them. I think Paddys and Hills are 44.5 which is OK. Skybet are showing 45.5 obv not for thread), as are Betfred.

Bluesq look like 44 now. How about a thread bet at Betfred. I wouldn't be as strong as I was on this 1st game.

I agree with Neil Tony, if Corals are back up maybe a 55 66 quid or so bet at 10/11 under 46.
