Yes, there is an hourly limit, either 10 or 20 if I recall correctly.
15 I think To prevent spammers getting too far before they are detected, historically I sent mass PMs to possible Wembley trip goers. |

Probably doesn't need to be going forward as the spammers don't get through the sign up process now it has been beefed up |
