Alun

Both Roberts and J Davies lumber around like they have overdosed on the Maximuscle

Both need to be a bit lighter. Drift defences these days have no trouble with solid lumps, it needs a bit of guile

Roberts has been a shadow of the player he was for a year now. I am concerned Gatland will pick him for the Lions on past form and leave out one of Tuilagi/36 etc to accomodate him

As a welshman I think that would be a huge mistake on current form. Tuilagi is world class. J Davies is still a class act mind, very strong and very deceptive runner and reads the game really well. He had a shocker in the first half though. Never seen him play that badly. But Roberts is purely in the side for D at the moment, which is crazy. The fact our utility back on the bench is a centre sort of says it all.

What do you make of the ref for the England game? Think could favour England maybe?

Not sure tbh. The ref in Cardiff let the Irish away with a lot in defence, is the French guy a toughie?

I was amazed Alain Rolland let the game progress as unhindered as he did in the Calcutta Cup. Not my favourite

Agreed on the Irish. This Jerome Garces has been known to be very whistle-happy in the past. Kiwis were worried about him before the autumn scotland match, as he gave out 11 cards in 14 H Cup games and was thought to be harsh on the breakdown. That has to favour England. But I don't know enough about the ref to be sure on his tendencies.

Interesting

Note the point I made above about the sin bin price at 1/2

True price has to be 1/5 or shorter if those are the ref's stats, tendencies and the Irish style in defence

I like that bet a lot. With a cheeky flyer on a red card at 25/1.

The MAXIMUM Bet Paddy Power would allow me on ANY of the three "6 Nation Sin-Bin" Markets this weekend is £8.84.

They have never restricted me before, & although my Account there is profitable (for me), I have only had a few small bets with them recently, (mostly Super Bowl Sub-Markets) so it would appear (I hope...) that they are just restricting bet sizes on those Markets.

For £8.84 @ 1/2, not worth Fred betting, I'm afraid.

I will do the "Tie" bet later.

I logged in and clicked max and it came out at £179.36 so they may be restricting you on props

3 and 1/2 year contract I hope he does last the whole period but will be amazed, especially as he fell out with Doughty over lack of purchasing power and these owners don't seem to want to splash too much cash on players.

I tested what the MAX would be on the Tie (20/1), they offered me £2.36.

I tested the Outright on Ireland this Sunday, (10/11), & they maxed me at £47.68.

I mostly bet pretty small amounts with them, £20 & £30, I should be fine with those, but this does not appear to be good news.

You can get 24/1 on the tie at betfair
