Barnsely tonight are 13/10 to win a home to Wolves.

Barnsley are in very good form at the moment, and Wolves are yet to win under Dean Saunders.

Thoughts?

Mertesacker and Sagna start. Hold onto your cushions defending fans...

Was having a look at backing Wilshere to be booked as he tends to overcompensate if things aren't going well. However, Arteta and Ramsey will be there with him so I'm not expecting the price available to be worth taking, having had a little look.

That Bayern team really does look good...although I've rarely seen Ribery turn up in a big game.

German papers say this @r$€nal team doesn't have the verve, the class or the finesse of its golden years.

Hope it's not as close as they predict, personally, but I'm more interested in Neuer's new gloves...

The bets:

3.25 £10 ew Imprimis Tagula @ 16/1 Betfred or Paddy

4.35 £10 win Rosie Future @ 6/1 Bet365 (This one is a bit of guess up.. Its profile mostly meets my criteria, but it could be any price from 7/2 to 10/1 tomorrow! Hence the win only privoso even though it is a pretty good ew race)

5.10 £30 ew Miami Gator @ 9/2 Bet365 or Paddy. Really like this one.

Fancy one pretty strongly in the seller too, but obv no prices on that race yet. I'm going to be out most of tomorrow (School half terms weren't designed with punters in mind!), but I'll post it if I can find a computer while I'm out.

Good luck and don't blame me if they lose!

A friend of mine gave me Imprimis online about 20 minutes after Keith posted it and we beat the price handily with it going off at 10/1. It pushed itself to the front from a wide draw, but he was of the opinion it was a non trier.

Rosie was sitting at 8/1 until just before the off, got hammered in to 3/1 2nd fave and then never got going after missing the break.

The horse that won 'Luv U Whatever' was a strange one. After opening at 10/1 this morning, it drifted through the day out to 20/1 and was gambled back in to 8/1 just before the off.

Gator just holds on for 3rd and pays out at 5/1 for a free bet.

I don't think Imprimis was a non trier, I just think it's useless. I will be hard pressed to find reasons to back it again.

I was very hopeful when the money poured on Rosie, but don't think it acted on the track.

Annoying I was out all day, had a couple of messages for that winner and don't have an iphone (obv).

The winner in the last was the obvious one and ticked all the right boxes, but backing Even money jollies on the all weather isn't really my thing. Thank goodness the Gator held on for third to salvage something from the wreckage.

Raceclear tipped it, do you subscribe to them Keith ?

Haha, quite possibly and maybe he was just looking for a shot to recoup his dough.

It looked to be struggling from the off and was being worked very hard with no response at all.

I read the Oddschecker page which said 'any confidence in it would be interesting'  and it was 20s at that point with the money flying in just before the off.

Follow the Flag which is on the nagme of someone over at KK almost scuppered us, amazing for a horse than runs every week!

Decent Watford team by the looks of it.

Abdi, Chalaboah and Deeney all start, looks fine to me.

Petrucci being out for Posh and replaced by Kane Ferdinand is a big blow, now fancy Millwall quite strongly.

I've analysed the Arsenal game and in all champions league games at home Arsenal have won more than they've lost & drawn put together !! In most of these games they were odds on !!! Many of the teams they have despatched have been Germans !! Tonight, I have lumped my full roll on a home win. Have stopped short of an outright recommendation here but didn't want to aftertime when I collect

Blow for anyone backing Wednesday, Gardner is out injured, he will be a big miss. Replaced by former Brum player Martin Taylor, when he's played he's been awful, about as quick as me and the turning circle of an oil tanker :-(

it is a shame the jockey of that winner does not bother to try and make something of his career rather than chase the £ with "dubious" connections

looked like a champion jockey today with the money down great ride
