Very good, outrageous. Very good!

Much better than the joke I was going with.

I bet he never even realised....

Your posts normally have no hazards. It's rare to find a hole in one.

Would you be looking to bet on Hamilton, club together and stick with him or would you be looking to green out?

Any more golf references you can wedge in, or is that par for the course?

Please do continue to flag any prices that are out of line, or els I'll just have to go for the pin.

I'd love to say weir out of the woods on these golf puns, but I get a cinking feeling there are rose and rose of them.

If anyone haas any more, have the grace to keep them to yourself, or Tikay will give you a sterne talking to.

It's not going to be official for at least another couple of years and possibly longer if some of the belly-achers decide to get litigious which is a distinct possibility judging by Els's recent comments, but it shouldn't be any more of a problem than when they banned the use of croquet-style putters in the 1960's which had luminaries such as the great Sam Snead amongst their number.

Another gripe that I have about those long putters is that some pros use them to take relief when getting a drop one or two club-lengths away clearly taking advantage of the fact that they might be a foot longer than most players' drivers which are normally the longest club in the bag.

IIRC he is a well-known local councillor that has been around for 20 years.

You'd think it was an open goal for the Tories but apparently we spelt it wrongly:

This is most confusing really. The Tories have been friendless for a fortnight in this market

There also now appears a decent chance that the UKIPT will beat Labour into 3rd

So, the consensus is that Huhne, Vicky Pryce, Libs going into coalition with the Tories has little impact on the Lib vote here

but, The Tories ship votes tactically to the UKIPT as a protest

I won't be rushing into a by-election betting market again any time soon!

1/2 Paddy Power is, realistically, buying money

Fuller write up coming, but both teams have been picked to be as big, bruising, ugly and nasty as possible.

The refereee is Joubert from SA, where they interpret breakdowns, scrusm etc v differently than we do up here, increasing the scope for a Yellow

One of those 1/2 should be 1/10 jobbies, where we nicked a tenner for TfT in Dublin
