Race on now on ATR is sponsored by the trainer of one of the horses.
Such things amuse me

I'm obviously too smart to put horse racing bets up here...buuuuuuut....I'd like to post something that has interested me.
A horse is travelling from Newmarket to Sedgefield and is the only horse the trainer is taking. It's the top rated horse in the field (according to whatever ratings are used in The Sun). It is down in grade and, despite being pulled up in its last two runs, he's on a 400+mile round trip today for a class 5 handicap.
Ballyvoneen is 16-1 on betfair in the 3.50 at Sedgefield.
Thoughts?
Pretty shocked that you read The Sun.

I don't read Ian Wright's column if that helps.

I'm not rising to your bait for at least three hours.

I agree we should bet Spurs. The prices are suggesting that they are a worse team than Arsenal at a neutral venue which seems a bit much to me and every odds compiler seemed to agree based on their initial quotes. I dont really see any team news that should have moved the price. I think 2.46 on Betfair is a very fair price.

Maximum stake for me is £1.
One pound. From Ladbrokes.
I can't even get that on because their snazzy new website doesn't work properly in Chrome. Had to open up IE for the first time in ages.
