We still have our.....

£50 FREE BET with BetVictor.

Kashmir Peak is a best price 16/1 betvictor in the triumph, 16.5/1 on Betfair.

He has a couple of wins and an unseated.

but also prefers faster ground, and the rain has come.

try the other Quinn one instead, Hidden Justice

It may get worse than that, Chompy is itt, he'll probably suggest we lump the winnings on Kazahkstan in the ESC.

Morning Mr T.

When I give a losing tip I feel bad. When I have a fancy for something but don't put it up I feel bad when it wins. Now thanks to Mr Superwomble I give a winning tip and I feel bad. Why can't he be like you with the mis-clickages ? You mis-click and end up with 3 winning bets instead of 1. I blame the education system.

I think we need to take the price  from Ladbrokes for Wigan to beat Leeds tonight. I have previously stated my thoughts on my Leeds team and tonight they play against an in form Wigan, who I make a 4/6 shot. I can only see Leeds winning if they play better than they have all season and Wigan have an off night.

Suggest Wigan £20 @ Evs with Ladbrokes.

Lol I'm happy that Fred won rather than me, it's better for the long term!

A good friend of mine is part owner of Kashmir Peak, they are concerned about the potential rain.

you just beat me to it

McCoy prob fav to get the ride on SDC now Sunnyhillboy is out of the GC, could be an amazing end to a bad week for him if goes and wins.

Isn't there a penalty if he does that?

only if Sunnyhill Boy wasn't withdrawn. Don't believe you can jock change off another in the field after 24 hour final decs

Ahhh understood. Thanks.

McCoy isn't a prolific Cheltenham jockey, is he? I appreciate it is like saying "Messi hadn't scored at Malaga in a while, so we shouldn't back him today"

Think it will be pretty cool if TfT can build up a portfolio of dogs for the Greyhound Derby. It's not too far off and I'd like to throw up an early suggestion.

We should make Jaytee Hellcat our first addition. Mostly because it is currently overpriced, available at 100/1 almost everywhere. Trialled around Wimbledon this week and clocked a very nippy 28:36, the same time the ante-post favourite Ballymac Eske recorded. Eske is 14/1 for comparisons. It also ran 28:38 in an open race at the tailend of last year so can do it in race situations too.

Hellcat lines up in the RP Juvenile next week, a meeting of 6 classy dogs and the other runners, Eske included, trialled around Wimbledon too. Alien Planet clocked a length slower than Hellcat and is 25/1 and Farloe Warhawk ran 28:62 (14s for Derby). Teejays Bluehawk ran the slowest of the Juvenile participants in a time of 28:77 and is generally 33/1 for the Derby.

Basically, Jaytee Hellcat should be significantly shorter and despite it not having the make-up of my usual selections (pinger) I think it is a must bet at the prices.

I recommend £10 Jaytee Hellcat to win the 2013 Greyhound Derby @ 100/1

I'd also like to suggest one other at this stage, and it is another 100/1 option and a little more speculative. Love an early paced type and Aldworth Samson looks to have spectacular, and consistent, early based on his Newcastle form. Has been clocking reasonable enough times there at the beginning of this year but it is the sectionals that have been interesting me as it takes lengths out of the others at the start. Started favourite over, and defeated, the impressive Mags Gamble recently and hopefully the early pace translates to Wimbledon. Also, it is a fair bit shorter on Betfair with 65 the current price available to back.

I recommend £10 Aldworth Samson to win the 2013 Greyhound Derby @ 100/1

Agree 100% Scotty, especially after I fiffed & faffed & initially missed your Greyhound Derby selections last year. This year we have pinged the traps.

Both those bets are now on.

Incidentally, the EW prices at present are Quarter Odds, Top 6, although these two bets are WIN ONLY.

We have....

£10 WIN @ 100/1, William Hill, Aldworth Samson, 2013 Greyhound Derby

£10 WIN @ 100/1, William Hill, Jaytee Helcat, 2013 Greyhound Derby

Aldworth Samson @ 100/1

Yes, I was pleased to see that they were top 6 E/W already but tbh I prefer to play on the nose with these small stakes and prices. If it does final then you can make your EW money anyway by trading if you wanted. I will have a few more in the coming weeks to add and hopefully some other people can throw a few up for debate too.

I researched Samson a littlemore after I'd proposed it and there seems to be quite the buzz amongst the inner greyhound crowd. One pinging trial and he'll be a fraction of that price.

After a bad day at Cheltenham there is nothing like a couple potential 100/1 shots to cheer you up... Cheers Scotty Grin
