A much respected blonde tipster, not on this thread too much but wish he was

Has just tweeted this

"Worth a poke on Fulham to go down @ 65s. If Wigan win their game vs Swansea in midweek then 2 pts cover 8. They have Liv (H) and Swan (A)"

Can't think who that is.

Eso Kral?

Not quite as respected as that, no.

I promised I would give Tampa Bay Rays updates so thought now was as good a time as ever given we are about 20% into the season.  Our heroes are currently fourth in the division with a 13-15 record and are 6.5 games behind Boston who we backed as cover.  So what has gone wrong so far?  Basically our star pitcher David Price who was the best pitcher in baseball last year with a 20-5 record and an ERA (earned run average) of 2.56 now stinks and has won one of six starts with an ERA of 5.21.  They are hitting okay and the other pitchers are pitching okay so I am still hopeful but we will need the wins from Price going forward.  Toronto stink so far and are 11 games behind so we can safely write off the favourites.  The Yankees have defnitely been better than I expected and should get better when their injuries return but we have a shot still and it is a long season and I like our saver now on Boston now so we really need to fade the Yankees and Orioles which I think we can do.

I got on horseys pick with boyles after he had said the second favourite had been withdrawn at 10/11 - can they put on a rule 4 deduction if the bet is placed after a horse is withdrawn, or is it their responsibility to change the price at the time of the withdrawal?

I have no idea how anyone gets on with Boyles.   They limited my first ever bet with them to just £5, and it has been downhill since then.  They have declined my last 5 horse racing bets completely.  I have had precisely one winner in only 10 bets and it was at 1/6.  I have 3 bets outstanding of which 2 are in terrible shape.

They really must have me mixed up with someone else.

I managed to get a monkey on a premiership football match with them once.  It was my first bet with them and they were top price but it wasn't anything special and I think a few other firms were the same price and it went off that price.  It won.  It was my last bet with them.  I could have had a fiver on my next bet but I decided against it.  they still send me lots of nice emails though telling me about things I cant actually do with them and offers that don't apply to me.  Which is nice.

Guerrero 'might' have won the seventh, but he has been schooled from the off really.

117-111 unanimous for PBF

I think they were being generous to Guerrero, it was probably more like 119-109

We'll have to start calling Bazza and Hector the milkmen!

A friend of mine signed up with'bettingresource' or something, they give a few baseball tips most nights, so I've been watching a few games that they're recommended. I still don't fully understand what is going on, but am starting to get the gist of it after a scour through Wiki, and so far it seems like rounders Cheesy

hills settled with a 25p rule 4

What profit can I book on a bet of £27.50 @ Evens with. 25p Rule 4, please?

Need to sort the Spready.
I returned £93.50 for the £55 staked so a profit of £38.50 of which £19.25 belongs to Fred.
I shall ship direct to you Tikay.

A lot of people make this mistake but really it is nothing like rounders.  In rounders they would never be sad enough to wear a glove to make catching the ball easier.

Fernando Torres is, it seems, in decent form and scored midweek. He has a good record against Manchester United and is on offer generally between 7/4 and 9/4
Paddy Power however offer 11/4.

Recommend a small interest

Ladbrokes are out of line, Norwich relegation at 8/1 - its actually a small arb at the moment (for peanuts) as can be laid on Betfair at 8.2-8.8 for small amounts.

I have had a look at fixtures and results; clearly they are having a rough time, taking 1 pts from a possible 18; however in fairness looking at games I wouldn't have expected them to take more than three.  I accept other teams are in freefall, Villa, Newcastle, Wigan - however I think they have a bit more about them than Norwich from a depth perspective.  Reading are taking more points; granted aginst some lesser sides and the impact of Adkins going is not clear.

I don't have a really strong opinion they will go down, I do tink they are 6/1 shots at best when I priced up.  Would welcome those more informed than me to give a view.  Next four games are key, including Fulham, Spurs and Everton at home and QPR away - not beyond the realms of possibilioty they take one point from that lot and they will be nearer 3/4s dependant on other results.  theyhave some tough away games left (Man U, Stoke, Wigan, Arsenal) and some potential 6 pointers at home towards the end of the season, which I like (Villa and Reading)

Opinion; I'd reccomed a £50 bet at (only at this price) suggesting they are value.  Apprecitae we have a QPR bet as well.

Mmmmm. Hold please, I've had a bet and could do with the cash.  Did thread do this bet, I've looked through and saw some positive response but couldn't see. Best 7/2 now
