1, Hitchens. Bollox.

Yet top tip a horse on here than hasn't gone off significantly shorter than the odds at time of suggestion. However, and sadly more importantly, yet to post a Fred winner.

As the great Sir Camel points out, you can't eat value, but at least we get to rinse it around in our mouths a bit first.

2, Laddies Poker. One of the best Racing cons ever seen. The lads in the partnership even offered to buy the horse, but before they even got a chance to ask the price I think a Smith/Tabor wives syndi type arrangement snapped it up and went on to a Group race success in very first race in US.
Laddies Poker 2 very similar story, with syndi told it had dodgy legs and then bought by another Noseda owner and wins Wokingham after 7 years off or something similar.

Who was it put up the Palace to beat Posh and Hudds-Barnsley draw double? Redarmi? Did you play it in the end?

Poor etiquette by both Yorkshire teams at the end imo, both should be deducted 10pts next season.

Didn't think you were the bitter type, ball is in play, Hudds can't go down at this point (Draw/Millwall losing/Posh losing) Its the old folding AA sat spot.

Barnsley on the other hand are taking a bit of a risk, Posh equaliser sees them down.

Interesting Ferguson interview there, but not sure his tone would have been the same had Chelsea and United been level on points prior to kickoff Cheesy

Track record for Farloe Warhawk around Coventry tonight so looks like the form is back. He wasn't up against much but that has no impact on the time. Good news for the bet. Price should come in for that, although hasn't yet.

Although Ballymac Eske looks in superb condition, found his trapping boots and won the Scottish Derby at a canter.

Your Lebron MVP bet is weighed in. Incidentally, Carmelo got the other vote, we backed him for MVP of the All Star game at something like 16-1, what a bet that was, wish we could have that every day

Then.

And now.

Not long to go, and hopefully we can top up our £3.99 bet nearer the day.

Err, yes.......

I don't like to speak ill of others, it is so easy, but.......

I did see Miss Tyler on the TV a few nights ago, & I have to say, the whole Bonnie/ESC thing looked embarrassing beyond words, I did not know where to look.

I thought about it afterwards for some time, & eventually formed the fanciful view that they deliberatly chose Bonnie to sort of "self-mock" the UK.

I mean, really, she was just awful, an embarrassment. No person in their right mind could possibly expect her to finish anywhere except stone cold last.

We have £3.99 on do we? Shame we cannot get more on in various forms.

Are there any other ESC Markets up yet? Might go take a look later.

I did hear from a trusted source that the Voting system has changed this year. Not in any way rigged of course.

I regularly check it Mr T but no one apart from Paddy Power have a market yet. I remember introducing a previous girlfriend into the joys of betting when we got 10-1 on the UK entry to finish in the bottom 5, and that was the year we got nil points.

Rightyo, got a couple of long-terms racing punts to add to the portfolio.

Richard Hughes is going to win the jockeys' championship barring injury and it's worth trying to get a sneaky double on him and Richard Hannon to win the British trainers' championship. The two bets are sort of related. Sort of.
Spoilsports and Ladbrokes are best (both 4/9 and 5/4 respectively). Suggest £100 double.

Secret Gesture, 25-1 Oaks, Padraig or Hills
This market is still pretty open and, after watching the 1000 (no comma) again, I'm inclined to agree with Joseph O'B that Moth will be best on more conventional courses. I'm not sure Epsom will suit, while Just The Judge isn't a certain runner.
Secret Gesture is supposedly ahead of Talent in the Beckett pecking order and she's due to run in the Lingfield Trial at the weekend. She'll probably start favourite there.
