Digging me out, suggesting I would claim a massive win, isn't really the way to endear yourself to someone. Obvious from the tone, yours was not in jest.

i can happily take banter (see my other thread for plenty of examples of that)

as for fact correction as soon as you posted i amended my original post to correct myself even though as i am sure you are aware it had zero relevance to the credence of the bet suggestion.

so you can tell my "tone" is not endearing but your constant snipes at everyone on pretty much every bet ever placed on this thread is to be taken as "banter"

Oh dear.

I follow pretty much every suggestion on here(including most of yours...), I think most people see the angle I choose to approach things from. I congratulate all winning bets. I bet for fun and any losses incurred here are out of the "fun pot". This thread is full of of some very clever people, who I think can detect subtlety in my attempts at humour, it's certainly not sniping, I respect all people brave enough to post on such a strong field of posters, some, who's knowledge is very intimidating

Tikay places your suggestions without asking for any feedback, many others have their bets put through the mill before acceptance. To be blunt/honest, I know you have a great long term record on here, but you aren't exactly on fire at the moment, and it doesn't seem out of order to me to question some of your "workings". I dont see why you should be immune. Tikay may disagree. If he does, I shall keep schtum, in future
