Oooohhhhh!

Will send tonight, think you double your £40.

Cheers Neil

I should just add that I don't think everybody was excited about 8 places in the Open, think it was just me!

Some Marcus Mariota blurb

http://heismanpundit.com/2013/08/20/the-2013-heismanpundit-preseason-heisman-watch/

2. Marcus Mariota, So. QB, Oregon – The offensive juggernaut in Eugene is bound to produce a Heisman at some point and this could be the year. Mariota is coming off a spectacular freshman season where he produced 3,429 yards of total offense and 38 touchdowns. He should be even better in 2013, which means he’s likely to have the kind of numbers we’ve come to expect from recent Heisman winners. Mariota has good name recognition and he plays for a national title contending squad. He’s got early-season games against Virginia and Tennessee to give him some momentum (and some exposure on the East Coast) and late-season showdowns against Stanford and, potentially, in the Pac-12 title game, to help him seal the deal. Mariota should emerge as the Pac-12′s leading Heisman candidate.

Read various other stuff that is pretty encouraging from pre season camp, that he is looking very good.

Thanks to all those who got me on, or offered to.

As to getting me on with Sky Bet, I am grateful for the offer, but I can never do that, not just for the obvious reasons, but some other stuff. Another day for that story. Gotta remain squeaky clean in all things.

So if ANY of those bets were with Sky Bet, the bet was not accepted.

Thanks David, no rush.

We may not have been excited by 8 places in the Open at the time, but we worked it out eventually. Smiley

I think Big sam has a great chance in that market at 14's.

Beat Cardiff 2-0 at the weekend plus two winable games coming up.

Away to Newcastle isn't as daunting as it once was and finally they have a gimme at home to Stoke.

Thanks.

That's not a bad shout, Dom, but the fly in the ointment is the Newcastle game I would suggest. There may be a Newcastle backlash after the Man City debacle,  maybe the form is extra hot, & Newcastle were just battered by a very good team?

Anyway, it's deffo worth consideration. Look at it another way, perhaps. What price do you think West Ham will be v Newcastle? I'll admit I'm not a big fan of Sam Allardyce's Teams, think I saw someone whimsically describe him yesterday as nothing is his fault. Probably a wise judgement.

Later, you mentioned that the BMOTM may include results on Sept 1st. That would be wholly illogical, September 1st is not in August, but in football, you never know.

There must be a clear set of BMOTM Rules somewhere? All I can find is the Wiki Page, someone may find some clues by looking at previous awards, which are listed.

I posted "booked" as they were going off but am sure Dubai will confirm we were on with B365 Yday and offered it for Karma so Fred is welcome.

Please take it as he is currently rubbing me down that  TFT dont even want my offer so they dont have the EsoWalsall runbad that comes with it  Sad

I owe Fred £25

And the 5/1 has...vanished

oops 2/1 favourite

we keep the £50 as we can't after-time the other £50.

No, I don't think Fred can have the 2nd £50, as the price had moved by then. We need our numbers to rep the actuality.

I have already offered it to Tighty, as he stuck the bet up, but he was on already. Obv.....

I've had several PM's offering to take it, & I don't think I should be taking advantage of the situation, so I'll sell it on at cost to the first offer I had via PM.
