Another corner, but it goes to Schalke.
20 minutes remain......
it is over the whole match Tikay...
PAOK have sat 11 behind the ball since the inital mad spell could do with a home goal ideally at some point
Whoops......
I was thinking of the Super Cup BTTS, sorry.
60 minutes to get one corner, then.
Looks like an outstanding read by Dubai on the Arsenal game, though they need to convert their dominance into a goal.

Is anyone who partakes in Fred doing anything for charity in the near future?
Pages just fly by, so better get this on the top of the new page...
I work for a charity, if that's any good?
It's good enough for me.
I misclicked a bet for Tikay earlier and placed it with Sky to get better place terms as per Neil's post. Tikay, for obvious reasons can't bet with Sky, so I ended up winning £35 from a bet I wouldn't have placed myself, and ironically my only winner today...
If you point me in the right direction I'll send the £35 to your charity, and hopefully the gods will smile on me tomorrow
Well I work for a homeless charity in Ireland, you may want to donate closer to home.
Here's the link anyway.
https://www.focusireland.ie/index.php/get-involved/make-a-donation/donate-now
Good man, whatever you decide to do.
Looks good to me Dazzler, cheers.
€40 sent, and I'll make sure I get my nut down at a shelter next time I'm pissed in Ireland
I've attached the receipt, but not sure if I have done it correctly...
Cheers mate, I'm sure it's done correctly.
1800 707 707 is the free phone number to call when you want a hostel. They can be a bit rough, mind you:)

Only just caught up with Fred....fwiw I did bet Chelsea 1-0 2-0 on Betfair. Not sure if this is a good start or not. I guess on balance it is.
Was hoping you'd be on earlier, so we could get on. I've decided on a "standing order" to test it (off thread), just small money. Think it needs doing regularly, or not at all.
Yes I agree. Maybe if we did it at say a fiver or a tenner on each for each game. It will work out to a fairly big investment over the course of the year but it is fairly unlikely we don't get a couple of draws and if it goes horribly wrong we can always stop.

Meanwhile Fulham are 5/2 at home to Arsenal at the weekend
An Arsenal with 13 fit first team players, and it appears Sagna at centre back against Berbatov and Bent
and coming back from Turkey mid-week when Fulham have been manicuring their cuticles in West London.

Agreed, I will auto do it, though a reminder from Tighty now & then could help.
No point just picking & choosing, it's all or nothing.
I agree, think we'd be very unlucky not to get a few binks, & if it all goes tits up along the way, we can always stop.

double stakes home games
half stakes away games
just on the basis of style and probability of where the 1-0 and 2-0 occurs, I suggest

Will send tonight, think you double your £40.
Cheers Neil
I should just add that I don't think everybody was excited about 8 places in the Open, think it was just me!
hmmmm
I don't think this race actually offered anything like the each way value of golf
If we assume that betfair sp win and place odds are close to true probability then the bookmakers return at sp for 1 unit ew for the first ten in the betting.

obv Neils skills at horse selection are undeniable, but this would have been a better win bet imo.

Sagnas best 2 games last year were at centre back and he even played there in preseason a couple of times. Fulham are absolute dross, Fred can have anything they want with me at 5/2
Only my opinion obviously but I think the markets these days way overrate factors that I call "Moneyball" things. Travelling home is one of them- unless Cazorla and Wilshere have to row home its hardly even an inconvience. I might write a piece about the "moneyball" factors- going to play in a "hostile environment like Turkey" is one for sure. Its not like they spend a night in a Turkish borstal after getting off a Ryanair flight

A better win bet compared to the place value of top 4/5 places in a 17 runner race?
I really don't get this logic at all.
Demora's price on betfair before the off was about 16-1, with the place part trading way under 3/1.
Demora returned 12/1, so we got 3/1 on the place part of the bet, with top 5 places paid if we'd bet with skybet.
I actually don't really get the top ten list point at all.
