I don't think you do. A free bet offer is not to be used in conjunction with another (possible) free bet offer. Or something similar. Had similar issue before.

not much in it ('ve slightly changed the odds to illustrate the point) If a in a 8 horse race they were all 7-1 and you backed them all at 1/5 odds with 3 places - you would bet 8 on the places and get back 7.2. In an 7 horse race with all 6-1 and you backed them all at 1/3 odds with 2 places - you would bet 7 on the places and get back 6. |

How inept are these bookmakers?
Try their hardest to avoid taking tiny -ev bets and save money at every turn, but then when they are fully entitled to make a big deduction from winning bets they don't do it.
