Morning Mr T.

Tennis is back today and I think that Baghdatis should be favourite to beat Tursonov in the St Petersburg jobbie. His record recently is better than Tursonov's and there has to be a doubt over the Russians fitness after he pulled out of his 3rd round match at the US Open, I can see him really wanting to play this event in his own country.

Suggest £2 Baghdatis to beat Tursonov @ 21/2 with Betvictor.

Morning H.

Just so I'm sure, & I'm deffo not in the Pedant Police, but you meant £20 @ 21/20, I assume, maybe the "0" has fallen off your keyboard?

Hope so, as that is what I have bet.

Baggy v Turry, St Petersburg Tennis, Baggy to win, £20 @ 21/20, BMU

ON

Marcos Baghdatis v Dmitry TursunovMarcos Baghdatis (Match Betting)Odds: 21/20 Stake: 20.00Possible Return:  41.00

Prices already up for the Tour Championship?

Although only 16th, I still think we should persevere with our Jordan Speith experiment and in what looks to these eyes, on current form a weaker field of 30 he is still available at 33s.

Pretty sure Luke Was top 3 last year(same course event) and looks to be peaking at the right time. A lot of the players above him in the betting have had hard seasons and seem to have done their winning for now, and again, 18s for Mr D looks big to me.

Opinions?

Win, or each way?

Both "best prices" are with Ladbrokes, place odds are qtr, 1,2,3,4. Looks an each way to me?

You did not suggest a bet size (an indicator of strength of opinion), either.

I HAVE now placed bets on both, but will await your suggestions & answers.

Personally, whist I don't feel qualified to pass opinion on their chances, I quite like this.

Both gave us a great sweat over the weekend (which has nothing to do with anything really....) but crucially, are clearly near the top of their form.

This is a short field, 30 runners, so those prices need to be seen in that context.

I think we ought to get on.

Any opinions?

Tiger Woods, Henrik Stenson, Adam Scott, Johnson and Matt Kuchar—would be guaranteed the $10 million FedEx Cup bounty with a season-ending victory, with the winner of the Tour Championship the last 3 seasons taking the fed ex title.

There are others that can win the extra £10m Fed ex cup but they would be relying on where the above 5 finished in the Tour Championship and they would def have to win it to stand a chance.

Obviously there will be a lot of added pressure for the 5 guys listed above as a win guarantees to  bring the extra £10m home, so I suppose the questions should be Who's got the form over the 4 days to beat 30 guys and who can handle the most pressure? I would like to think that the extra incentive means the winner comes from the above 5, Yet again Tiger price looks far to short to back. All the other four seemed to be at prices that can be backed, personally I like the 25's with Badbrokes on Kuchar.

No expert, just going by what is available to everyone.

Daily Report

Profit on Month £834.31

Winamax Profit on the month for thread posters About £120,000

Outstanding Bets £2816.90

Free bets, One William Hill use by 20th

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc#gid=29

So a loss of £23 yesterday with the conclusion of th BMW Golf seeing Speith shoot 68 but not getting closer to a place and Snedeker fading out of a place. Donald shot 66, got into a Tie for 4th to make the top 30 for the Fedex cup final and secure us £23 back under ech way dead heat rules

At Wolverhampton, Khajaaly finished 3rd at 12-1, for us, for a £14 profit too

A decent day in baseball. The Rays and Rangers began a four game series with them tied atop the AL wild card standings. In the first game the Rays won to go to the top of the Wild card teams. The Royals beat the Indians too

The Cincinnati Bengals beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 20-10 on Monday ngiht football and looked decent doing so, especially on defense and look far better placed to compete this season than the injury hit and rebuilding Steelers do

Swansea and Liverpool drew 2-2 in the Premier League. That's a point further away from Liverpool finishing in the bottom half!

Today sees the penultimate round of County Championship cricket matches. I learned yesterday that this is Chris Rogers' final game of the season. So, an amazing performance aside, that will be taken as a loss at the end of this match

Bristol City are a shambles at the moment and the mighty Posh should have put half a dozen past them on Saturday.

Shrewsbury @ 18/5 with Buttermeup definitely interesting.

Pleasant reading...

Word in your ear Mr Chomps.

Would really help if you suggested an amount, it then tells me how confident you are. Also, if you suggest too much, it gives me the rebuff opportunity.

For now (in before you have a chunter, because you will) we've had £25 @ 18/5, Shrewsbury Town over Bristol City, Saturday.

ON

Bristol City v Shrewsbury TownShrewsbury Town (Match Betting)Odds: 18/5 Stake: 25.00Possible Return:  115.00

EDITED - This bet is only for £5, not £25.
