weekend boxing bet
billy joe saunders vs john ryder
both are unbeaten fighters and should be a decent contest.
bjs is a decent fav in this at 1/3 which i think is fair enough but has lacked power at this level to stop opposition. ryder is no mug but bjs is a classier operator and should have enough to keep ryder off him for 12 rounds and win a points decision. i would have expected that result to be about evens - its odds on across the board except stan james who go 11/8
bjs is also the home fighter on a frank warren card just in case / ryder a matchroom fighter
http://www.oddschecker.com/boxing/billy-joe-saunders-v-john-ryder/method-of-victory
recommend - £40 BILLY JOE SAUNDERS POINTS WIN STAN JAMES 11/8
i would say double check with the boxing expert but i cant see the price lasting
Thanks for that Mr Sarson.
It was evidently a great spot, but I was AWOL, & the best price I can get now is 10/11, which is a value mile from 11/8.
Unless advised otherwise, I'll have to leave it now.
Keep them coming though, it was terrific value bet by the look of it.
If you want some evens @

Bugger. You just reminded me that I probably owe you about a squillion quid, & I've not replied to your last PM. FFs, where does the time go?
The bet was suggested @ 11/8, so we'd need advice from those folks who know as to whether Evens is any good. I don't want it if the value has gone.
I'll be pretty much offline for the next 18 or 20 hours, so if you get the "Evens is fine" nod, go ahead please.
Thanks Mark.

i would have backed it at evens as that is what i expected the price to be but more than likely i wouldnt have put it up as a fred bet at that price
evens is still decent imo
if it wins stick it next to my name if it doesnt i wash my hands of the whole affair

Team news not out yet, but might be worth sticking with doob's recommend the other week of defoe first goal scorer (place part of the bet is definately +ev). Spurs should be putting a fair few goals past tromso, so if he is playing he must be in with a shout.

Think backing Defoe is a no brainer. Surely he never plays here with Soldado does he? So either he plays on his own and is a 11/4 shot or starts on the bench and comes on after first goal 90% of the time? Tal?

There's football on tonight, on a Thursday, is it a reserves game?

Hopefully defoe starts tonight. Would expect him to play. Seems like a no brainer, as you say.
Karabiner, you tease.

Lloris; Naughton, Kaboul, Dawson, Rose; Sandro, Dembélé; Lamela, Holtby, Sigurdsson; Defoe
Looks like Defoe up front on his own. I've had some of the 10/3 e/w
