Presidents Cup Update

Not the best of starts for our wager on Hunter Mahan to be Top American.

He & his partner lost their Match, whilst 3 other USA pairings won, so we have a bit of a defecit to overcome.

serves you right for railing against my recommend    Wink

Marv. GO AWAY. I'm mid sulk here.

Jordan Spieth fan club are happy (confirmed members BigAdz, Hector and me, ex members Tikay)

We discussed him at length - why did we not get on?

for those that have functioning bet trois six cinq accounts.  They go quarter the odds first four in the Arc.  It looks like there are only 12 serious runners to me.  I don't know what odds Novellist first 4 should be, but it can't be 5/4.  Le Charge?*.

* Only downside is that I seem to be building a position that involves me losing if Ofevre wins.

Just looked, I could get £6 EW. In fact, sod it, I've taken it.

Fred, or off-thread?

Do the high st bookmakersblockyour wi-fi?  I have noticed that when in Hill's especially my wi-fi seems to be non existant.

Today I'm not complaining but on other days its a pain in the backside.

Is it ethical for them to do this?  I can understand why they would if they do but don't agree with it.

Sample size of my findings is miniscule but in the 8 shops that are within my locality 3 of which are hills, 2 ladbrokes 2 coral and a PP.  I find that when in all 3 Hill's my wi-fi just never works.

What do you mean by WiFi? Your general connection to the internet should be fine from your 'phone (I've never had any problems in betting shops going onto a racing post app or checking betfair...er...I mean...checking blonde), but I can imagine not all WiFi connections that work a few feet outside like The Cloud would travel to the nearby Ladbrokes.

I am on 02 and whenever I am out and about I connect to the internet without any problems using the 3g but whenever I am in Hill's its like a blackspot.  I guess what I was trying to ask is does anyone know if they block access to the internet when in shop?

I regularly try and take advantage of spots in the shop where there might be a late move for something on betfair that has not been picked up in shop.  Mostly I find these spots with the greyhounds and its proven to be pretty profitable.

Tell them you can't seem to send an email and is there a problem with accessing the internet in the shop.
