Was the bet on Denver placed solely with the intention of betting the other side later on?

Yes.  I actually like the other side and have bet them although someone steamed the other side last night so better is available now but the idea was to bet as much as possible with the intention of taking some back because it could never open with in 4 points of what they had.

Good plan executed then. in spots like this I always end up looking at the line I have already taken and then end up keeping it coz it is such good value.

@Camel, I couldn't bet half the field in that Seniors event so wouldn't really put anyone off. It just didn't look a huge price given the shootout format and open draw.

Taylor  is playing well, but he hasn't been bulletproof this week by any means, and had never been punished when misfiring. He was very good last night, but I think Wade not turning up has to be noted too.

Can't have Chisnall at 5/1 myself, especially when he is capable of putting on a performance like the one against MVG, and think he's worth a moderate bet for Fred of £20

Nice to see someone other than Tighty rocking the Latin.


Also, Taylor does go down to 19s more than most. His angle of entry is lower than most because he's only a little bloke. This means, if his first dart goes high in the treble 20, he has more difficulty than most in getting the next dart beneath it. Hence, he goes for the cover shot.
