BaldyFred must be punished for going that price. Anyone gonna stick it up as a rec bet?

I'm happy to, or you can

I hadn't spotted it. I thought 6/1 was very interesting.

Baines can't be 7/4 either can he? It has to be Evens him or Cole, tops. He might be seen as man in possession now

Surely Kieran Gibbs must be a consideration too.

I know its value, but I think I might get murdered if I am sat in the pub and suddenly jump up cheering when we exit in such a manner....

I'll see your cornetto and raise you an ice cream sundae. Can free up £20 if anyone wants a little bit.

On a completely different subject, Leicester City striker David Nugent is 20-1 e/w 1/4 1,2,3,4 (William Hill) to finish this season as the Championship’s leading scorer.

http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/championship/top-goalscorer

Now Nuge has taken on the penalty taking duties, those odds seem very tempting.

Although he has not hit top form yet this season, he already has six league goals this season and seven in all competitions. If he starts to find the net from open play as frequently as he did in the first half of last season, he could really push the bookies' favourites Jordan Rhodes and James Vaughan for the golden boot.

Nugent has scored 5 (from 5 taken) penalties so far. He has 15 goals each of the last two seasons

Currently

Jordan Rhodes    Blackburn Rovers    9
James Vaughan    Huddersfield Town    9
Sam Vokes    Burnley    8
Lewis Grabban    AFC Bournemouth    7
Danny Ings    Burnley    7
Craig Bryson    Derby County    6
Troy Deeney    Watford    6
David Nugent    Leicester City    6

This also makes the 20-1 on Vokes (BoyleSports) and the 25-1 on Ings (Coral) look interesting too. Pretty convinced there are stale prices up here. Hills go 9/1 Ings!

There might be an assumption that Burnley will fall away, or Ings would be in the Premier League at the end of January

All three prices beat (a thinly traded) Betfair comfortably

Recommend, for value

Nugent 20-1 William Hill
Vokes 20-1 BoyleSports
Ings 25-1 Coral

£10 e/w Nugent and Vokes 1/4 1,2,3,4

£20 e/w Ings 1/4 1,2,3,4

If you only want one, Ings at 25-1 is one of the prices of the season

Tighty/Chompy

Any mileage in Bournemouth +14 on handicap with BV 1/4 1/2/3 @ 100-1

Would probably have to finish in top 8 for the e/w to come in and although sitting 8th at the moment they have lost more games (5) this season than those around and they are the only team in top 13 with a negative goal difference. All things considered surely the 100-1 is too high?

No other markets to compare it too so I presume BV think the will start to slide.

You may know more about there current squad than me as to whether they can maintain a top 1/3 finish this season?
