Paul Kealy just put Tartak up as the Pricewise Extra horse in the 1435 @ Cheltenham.

We only have a £5 saver at present. Worth a bit more, EW?

Price won't last if Pricewise is on it. Value Pie inevitable, surely?

Yeah, probably worth another tenner if you can get 12/1 with Victor, Boyles or Laddies.

The Scarlets entertain Racing Metro today and I've been looking at the try scorers market. Here's a little preview of last weeks encounter at Quins. Sorry it's a link, I couldn't get the you tube clip to post?

http://youtu.be/4ybufodjOKY

The Scarlets are playing an expansive game with good reason. In Jordan Williams they have one of the most exciting players to come out of Wales since Shane Williams. Here's a little clip of him playing for the Welsh U21's this year.

http://youtu.be/vbKu534J6QU

He's 11/1 for first tryscorer today with a few firms, Boylesports and BetVictor to name two. I've had a tenner on him.

The other bet that caught my eye was over 3.5 trys. I was expecting this to be about evens so was surprised to see 11/8 at a number of firms. I guess one has priced it up and the rest have followed suit? I've had a large bet for me on this and would suggest £30 or so for yourself.

Maybe Hector or someone else would like to comment?

Tomorrow the Ospreys are at Northampton and my/our man Richard Hibbard is a whopping 40/1 with Paddy Power and you can get him e/w first 3 scorers. Again I've had a tenner each way on this.

Good luck if you're on anything today.

I don't hate the Gerrard bet.

Like how he'll be on huge high after england.

Like how he'll be esp looking to score his 100th goal.

Like how the game is always a cert for goals galore, and how newcastle look a lil shaky and pool look a lil good.

Especially like double figs plus, wld expect 9-1 max.

There's norm a way around restrictions and you can norm even modify the bet to get yrslf a better price/edge too.

He's 11-1 with betfair sportsbook to be fgs.

They also refund as a freebet up to £25 yr losing first bet you place on one of the first, last or anytime markets-just one bet in total-if a cashback concession-which you choose clicks in.

Most likely to happen is draw (oddswise) so I chose that one and would advise that.

If you are desperate to get the place 'value of the 3.33-1` 365 give, you can get an absolute smidgen less with either lads or corals at 10-3 anytime.

Rec:

£25 Gerrard fgs@11-1 betfair sportsbook-make sure you choose yr concession first by clicking on the promo option.

£25 Gerrard anytime@10-3 lads/coral.

ALL BETS PLACED

Bet belongs to pokerfan, with thanks to Dom for assistance.

In Tartak's race, what about Easter Meteor? Half the price, granted, but placed last year and shouldn't mind the ground. Thought it could be a festival horse but got balloted out.

Would need help on that, Simon.

Note we have two in the race already.

I disagree with the tries bet

"The Scarlets, before last weekend have not been in the best of form at home recently, averaging just under twenty ponts per game in their last five at Parc y Scarlets, but Racing Metro are averaging just under fifteen points per game in their last five on the road, losing five of the last six as well."

"I would be tempted to go low on Total Points too, but the bookmakers know what we know with a quote of 36 points. "

from some mug punter elsewhere this morning

Racing Metro are a tip top defence.

No problem, good luck if you're going low. I personally think it's going the other way.

For those going with Jordan Williams, be careful, there are about 4 "Williams" playing.
