Marca reported yesterday that the Suarez deal to Real is moving forward. They say Perez was concerned about the player's image/hunger and that was the only thing that stopped a deal in the Summer, but that his current performances have been persuasive.

How likely are Liverpool to sell in January? Can't help thinking they will be closer to a top three place than they expected, so would need him at Anfield.

Daily Report

Profit on Month £320.29

Outstanding Bets £3149.29

Free Bets Two William Hill use by 23rd and 24th November

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc&usp=drive_web#gid=32

A loss of £35 yesterday as neither of the dogs in the Eclipse final made the frame

In the Ashes, an excellent start for our 27 year old medium pacer bet as he took 5-65 in what was England's day at the Gabba. Australia look to be under par, though we'll see for sure when England face the new ball tonight, as that is the key time on what is a belting batting pitch

When England do bat, bets on Cook, Bell and Pieterson start, so plenty to cheer on through the nights

The TMS and Sky folk loved rolling that 27 Year old medium pacer stuff. Any news on how the Brisbane Courier Mail has covered the day's play?

Saturday's Betfair 'Chase at Haydock is going to be an absolute rip-snorter with all of the principals standing their ground at today's declaration stage.

I'm not sure if there's any value to be had in the market but it should be an amazing spectacle.

I wouldn't read too much into it as Pool won't want to sell and Real seldom buy any players in January.

I think England are an incredibly fair price currently, market seems to have favoured Australia strongly throughout and is taking ages to correct itself

I have been thinking about this because, as I posted yesterday, the prices seemed obviously wrong to me yesterday and they were the same in play too.  Most smart punters are almost conditioned to think that they don't want to back England in anything as they will be underpriced so if they seem to big there is something wrong.  The problem is that betting is a global business these days and a lot of the biggest books have a big Australian business.  I think I read the other day that 30%+ of Paddy's business is Australian, Hills have just bought Tom Waterhouse so will also see big Aussie bets flying around.  Ladbrokes have always had Aussie punters, Betfair have a huge Aussie arm etc etc.  That added to the time the games are played and the facts that Aussies are bigger cricket fans and this is a much bigger deal for them and, in my experience, they are bigger homers and bigger punters especially on cricket, means there may very well be an Aussie bias in the prices especially in the middle of the night.

I thought of you last night Stu when the wickets were tumbling, as you were very bullish about England yesterday - I hope you got on.

Given that we lost a very important toss, you must be pretty pleased with how it panned out. Batting 4th might not be a bundle of fun, mind.

Ugh, Winston's DNA has been found on this girls underwear according to a Florida lab report that has been leaked in the us. Just watching a sports program on espn with a heisman voter saying he will not vote for Winston due to this.

I have no idea what our play is now but we should look at our options now IMO.
