Tony a few suggestions for you tomorrow.

Chris O'Grady first goalscorer for Barnsley v Yeovil - He is 6/1 is a couple of places, however generally 9/2 stuff everywhere else, they are playing pretty decent, he's the top goalscorer & I believe he is the penalty taker too. I think 6/1 is a good price here and I would expect to Barnsley to score a goal or two. I think Sheriff might have better few on this than me, but I think 6/1 is good and suggest £10.

Money back if second.......

I don't know if Doobs will be around, but it looks like some very good chances to take advantage of this offer for £25 in each.

1.50 Cheltenham - £25 on Kings Palace, best price with Hills.

2.05 Doncaster - Royal Irish Hussar is 4/7 favourite with Hills & looks the very likely winner, however not sure there is a bet in there for just £25 & Corals are quite bigger and standout at 4/6.

3.00 Cheltenham - The New One is 1/2 with Hills, generally best price, however like above, not sure it's a bet. Personally don't think there is much between that & the second favourite which is Zarkander at 9/4 and therefore suggest £25 at 9/4.

3.35 Cheltenham - There are 4 runners & looks competitive. There might be other views on this race, but my personal preference would be with More of That at 3/1, rather than the favourite, plus we are one of the worst prices with Hills. This is a debatable race though, however seems like a must bet, imo

Thanks Aaron, & Doobs.

We have done, via Mobile, & with the £25 Free Bet if 2nd........

Royal Hussar, £25 @ 4/7, BOG

Kings Palace, £25 @ 5/4, BOG

Zarkander, £25 @ 9/4, BOG.

We have NOT done the FGS bet.

Britt Assombalonga is a tasty 40-1 with B365 for a Hat-trick at Gillingham today if anybody fancies it.

Sorry Aaron, but I wouldn't touch this bet at the moment.  O'Grady has been out injured for a few weeks and has only returned to training this week.  There's a chance he might not take any part in the game at all.

However, I do really like the 17/1 available on Paddy McCourt as First Goalscorer with Unibet and 888, which is way out of line with the general 10/1, 11/1 elsewhere.  Recommend a decent sized bet on this, although I'm not sure what that equates to for Fred in £ terms.

I'd specifically suggest this as a FGS bet, rather than an anytime or last goalscorer one, as he's something of an enigma so if having an ineffective game, he might get subbed later on.

Thanks Sheriff.

How would that suggestion work out, price-wise, if you applied the following criterion to it, as posted by his Dubainess yesterday?......

Palace are around 5/1 (arguably bigger) to score first. So to work out price of fgs you simply multiply the probability of palace scoring first with the % of palace goals each player would be expected to score.

So if you think Chamakh scores 25% of Palaces goals (prob touch high) then his fgs would be 6x4=23-1

What's McCourt been like for your lot? He played in a couple of friendlies for Pos pre-season and Fergie wanted him, but he didn't want to play below Champo level at the end of it all. Heard he was super-talented but super-lazy.

Britt Assombalonga is a tasty 40-1 with B365 for a Hat-trick at Gillingham today if anybody fancies it.

Wouldn't put any off this, as I do think Gills are ripe for a whooping, and we've won our last two by a combined 8-0. Fatty Tomlin has had six assists, which shows what a difference he makes.

Looks like the Posh over 3.5 and over 4.5 has been hit with the rebuff stick, but Ima going back in at 11-1 and 25-1. Oi oi!

Just as few words about "homer" bets, such as Ant/Palace stuff, Sheriff/Barnsley, Plinop/Newcastle.

I seem to apply a much more rigid test to these.

Hope you guys understand its not personal.

Ant, for example, knows more about Palace than everyone else added together. So he does have some advantages. However, he also sees Palace through different eyes to the rest of us, & clearly is in love with them, & some of their players. This must affect his judgement, I would contend.

There must be some really good bets by homers, of that there is no doubt, but I can't help myself, I automatically assess with a sort of auto-discount.

I hope that makes sense. Sort of.

Chompy is the same with his little local Team, but we auto-rebuff his stuff anyway.

Morning Mr T.

In the Heineken cup today the bet that I like the look of is a low scorer in Perpignan, who host Munster. It fits the bill in that the better team is the away side, and both sides are still able to go through. I would prefer it if the weather was a bit iffy but I think that is offset by the pressure of this game.

Suggest £24 under 43.5 points with betvictor @ 5/6.

By the way I can't see how the basketball offer can last as I make it between 1/3 and 1/4 of all games will trigger the cash back. Reap it while you can.

Bad news in the NBA, no score in the last 10 seconds, was a shot but it was a deep 3 and it was missed. In better news....we didn't need it to, easily covered the spread, final score OKC 122 LA Lakers 97. Kobe had 13 assists in 23 mins before having a rest if any followed in on that, I scooped all 4 bets on that one, let's hope the run good continues in game 2, just starting now...only bet I have here is with Fred, Warriors -3.5

Ha - nice picks and an X Factor style reveal.
Hehe it is X Factor final day after all, hope u got some m8.

Shame the second one didn't go to plan, was all square in the third when I went to sleep, still a win and a push will do. There were 4(!) scores in the last 10 seconds in that game (and a miss), they're excellent double sweats when u know your bet's lost but u have to watch the last 10 secs to try and get out of it with a push.

Not sure how Hector's come up with those numbers but agree with him, seems v generous....5 out of the last 7 have been triggered, meaning you're betting without being able to lose whoever u pick, a nice situation

Poshies now travel to Gillingham, whose wheels have come off lately, on Saturday.

There's an ex-Posh connection here, with Charlie Lee and Chris Whelpdale two of the players that took us out of League Two a few seasons back. That's their level now, though.

Poshies are catching Gillingham at a good time, and they're catching us at a bad time. Eight scored, none conceded in the last two matches. 10-1 over 3.5 away goals, 20-1 over 4.5 away goals, both with Coral. Oi oi!

Just going through tomorrows coupon and I semi follow gills (being my closest football team) and agree that they could be in abit of trouble tomorrow.  Got reminded of chompy's post quoted above and thought I might have a little go on the two markets suggested.  Went to odds checker and you can now get  12/1 over 3.5 peterborough goals and 25/1 over 4.5 peterborough goals:

http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/league-1/gillingham-v-peterborough/total-away-goals-over-under-3-5

http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/league-1/gillingham-v-peterborough/total-away-goals-over-under-4-5

Thought i'd bump it for those who haven't followed or want to top up if you are sick enough to do that!

Fwiw if Chompy thinks they are going to score  a few goals the 11/10 for peterborough to win is looking quite an appealing price to me.

As Adz said, lots of short priced £20 quid back for 2nd races today, so I've rediverted my horse racing budget to Football!

All in on the Posh goals, and hopefully freeroll them with the outright.

I'm not wholly sure Rich, though one of the Darts chaps will.

However, Cullen lost 3-0, so it's unlikely that bet won.

Last night's scores (but not stats) are here.....

Morning hector,

That line has moved to 42.5, in fact many Firms go 41.5 or even 40.5, so we have taken 42.5, hope that is OK.

That Basketball Offer? I can't see it lasting, to be honest, but yes, it effectively changes the prices substantially. Anyway, yes, we'll likely reap it whilst we are able, & you know me, I adore punting on Basketball.

I will put it down as a loser

Some reference point for these specialist stats darts bets would be handy from someone, please

I expect it might be a busy few weeks for those
