Andy Murray vs Zayed today
under 12.5 games in match 11/10. 2.3 bf
this lad is ranked 2000+, had only had 9 games in his 3 year career, isn't even a pro, has just been given entry to this tourny cos he is from qatar (hosts)
only won 1 of those 9 and that was against some unranked kid
last 3 matches have been 6-1 6-1... 6-0 6-0... 6-0 6-1. and they were against players ranked between 400 and1000+. this is andy murray! should be a bit of target practice for him
£50
Slightly better value on Murray -11.5 games. That's the same thing isn't it?
Maybe lol.
Half way there! 6-0 in 15 mins

Nice one mate. I thought most would have been charitable to the poor lad and let him win a game, and then remembered where Murray comes from......good spot

I take it that it's been accounted for that if Fiorentina finish 3rd they will have a 3rd round Champions League Playoff to qualify for the Group Stages which won't be an easy Match?

I started to fear that. Is that why the price was so good?!

Adelaide's next home game against a team with a better batting lineup than Perth will be a decent spot for the century bet I think.
If the 6's line doesn't move too high would be good too

Charlie Adam is getting some abuse on Twitter. Some real twits out there. Anyway, the FA is content for that to be an end to the matter, says the Telegraph:
"By Jeremy Wilson11:55AM GMT 31 Dec 2013
FA panel does not consider Charlie Adam's tackle on Paulinho to be a red card offence and no further action will be taken
Charlie Adam has escaped disciplinary action over the studs-up challenge that left Paulinho sidelined for at least a month with ankle ligament damage.
After reviewing the footage, Tottenham were furious that Adam escaped without even a caution after injuring Paulinho with a dangerous second-half tackle during Stoke's 3-0 defeat at Tottenham on Sunday.
Referee Kevin Friend subsequently confirmed that he had not seen the tackle and the incident was referred to the FA's three-man panel for potential retrospective disciplinary action.
The panel, however, did not consider it to be a red card offence and no further action will be taken.
Tottenham confirmed this morning that Paulinho, arguably their player of the season, would be out for "at least four weeks" after a scan revealed the ligament damage."
Anyway, no more Paulinho News for a bit. Sorry to disappoint, JaffaCake.

Can someone explain the Fiorentina numbers to me?
If they finish third, they go into a play-off? They are 9/4 to finish top three. Given they're 66/1 for the league (1/4, 11/2, 20/1, 66/1) I guess we're playing for third effectively?
If 9/4 is the correct price about them finishing third, that would mean they'd need to be below even money for the play-off in order for 11/2 to be too big?

On my phone so I'll try my best.
I make them a 7/4 shot to make top 3. Injuries/Roma massively over achieving and Napoli only 3 points ahead. Obviously top 2 they go straight into CL. If they get to the qualifier, worst case I see them a 6/5 dog.
Jist of it, the top 3 price is wrong so to qualify for CL price is wrong.

Just had a lump on Brentford to win at Posh on NYD. 15/8 with Baldyfred, or 9/5 with VC. Both fine.
We're off on another crappy run, getting picked apart in the second half by Cov before today's shambles at Carlisle. 60000-mile round trip and most of the second half with ten men.
Ephraim won't play for Posh again and a lot are apparently getting cleared out in January. This is 6/4 each of two, 9/4 the draw imo and I'm expecting the market to adjust pretty quickly.
If you want to try and get a chunk on with a view to laying back, that's what I'll be doing.
2.11 DNB with Pinnacle, best evens on high street ATM
Fatty Tomlin suspended too, Bees should be favourites.
Good spot Chompy, Brentford now favourites and market moving one way. Posh now out to 2.02 DNB and Bees 13/8 general to win. Ladjokes haven't adjusted and are still 9/5 which is an arb with Betfair already.

It's 2014 in Sydney, which means England are unbeaten this year.

The market adjusted slower than I was expecting and anyone that can get on with Laddies should get as much as possible @ 9/5. Bees will continue to tighten up to kick-off tomo imo.
Even just looking at the fact Brentford have won 11 of their last 12 and Posh have lost 6 of their last 10, there's no way Poshies should be favourites.
Confidence has gone again. The players involved in this...
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2231824/Gabby-Zakuani-Tyrone-Barnett-Emile-Sinclair-Nathaniel-Mendez-Laing-fined-transfer-listed-Peterborough.html
...are all apparently being shipped out in January, so obviously something has happened. Barnett was touted as being a likely starter on Sunday but didn't even make the bench. Zakuani is off to Greece by all accounts.
The clincher is that Tomlin is suspended. Without him Britt gets no service. I'm on for a fair chunk and probably won't be trading any.
