The Bookmaker that knows Scottish football best imo have gone 1/2 Motherwell.  BMU also 1/2 (Scottish bookie are run of VC)  365/Laddies go 8/15 and most others are 4/7

Could be a great bet later on this evening, no wishy washy wording too.

The bet was basically backing Higuain each way to be top scorer @ 13/2 (price last night). Reason being current top scorer Rossi is expected to be out for around 2 months with a knee strain.

This is the current scoring charts:

http://espnfc.com/stats/scorers/_/league/ita.1/italian-serie-a?cc=5739

VC are first ones to price it up and have removed Rossi, so not bet for me now.

http://www.oddschecker.com/football/italy/serie-a/italy-serie-a/top-goalscorer

Tevez was 4's and was also a decent shout.

No bet for me tho.

Yikes.

Here is the result......

http://www.pgatour.com/leaderboard.html

We finished 2nd, one shot behind the winner, despite birdies at 17 & 18.

No complaints at all, we had £10 EW @ 22/1, qtr odds 1,2,3,4.

Harris English finished in 11th place, so not a bad effort.

So, a small but worthwhile profit has ensued which will come in handy right now.

I imagine we'll be following Mr Spieth a lot this year.

Well done (alphabetically) Adzy, Doobs, Eso Kral*, Omm.

* I had a contractual obligation to say something nice about Eso Kral. Job done. The abuse may now continue.

Less than a month to the Winter Olympics now.

Remember how you watch curling once every four years but you're suddenly a complete expert in it?

Ha, well done on the Photo Gallery horsey, you are getting MUCH better at them, too.

The penultimate photo, of the seemingly well-heeled couple, what is that about?

One is Milan Mandarič. I think it's the third from the left

SITUATION VACANT

Photo Galleries

Both Tighty & I have had stints at doing these, but doing them every day is a time sponge, so we don't see them so often now.

Of late, horsey has kindly offered to do one every Tuesday. They have been excellent.

When it takes his fancy, Mr Wheeldon does the occasional one, too.

Does anyone else want to volunteer to upload a photo gallery one day per week?

Appplicants MUST have a sese of humour, employ some wit with the choice of photos, & be a popular Fred regular*.

* Sadly, this disqualifies Eso Kral on all counts.

Ahh, gotcha.

He is the chap who owns Portsmouth   Leicester City  Sheffield Wednesday, right?

Seems a reliably predictable sort.
