Meanwhile Paddy has a new offer for the Aussie Open
Bet in any singles match.
If your player wins the first set and goes onto lose, refund stakes up to £100.
That's just an amazing isn't it?
What am I missing?

its now 16's
i'll eat my hat if that is not 8's or less at some point of the season
if i'm right u could lay it and have youself a 200 nicker freeroll for a 25 outlay
if i'm wrong i'm eating trilby and chips
snooze and you will lose
There is a without top 6 market on Betfair, but it looks very weak. So you aren't going to be able to lay off at 8/1 even if the bookies go that price. To get the bet away on Betfair, you'd likely have to lay off at a stupid price. There is nothing free about laying off either, if you do get a £50 bet on to lay off at your bad 8/1 price it would mean tying up £400 for a few months.
The bet looks ok, but we shouldn't be making bad decisions on trading off the back of it.
FWIW I think Trilby is better with brown sauce or mustard. Ketchup isn't ever hiding the taste.
Who mentioned laying on betfair?
lets not forget its
almost
certainly a 2 horse race, so backing Everton at a drifted price is the same as laying.....laying is not my plan or recommendation, it was merely an option I pointed out.
In actual fact you could arb a little (for peanuts) right now using betfair as Everton are 1.10 with plenty of 1.09
also trilby is far better with just a sprinkle of cayman pepper and a dash of Worcestershire sauce

It won, of course !
23-10 to 49ers
Chargers +9.5 is very tight..

Probably the last chance to have a crack at Paddys offer.
Go with Demarius Thomas @ 8/1 and a flyer with Montee Ball @ 16/1.
Oh my, great spot Camel, hope plenty got on.
Fred, sadly, was AWOL, sleeping & pokering, & missed it.
You are not bad for a man described only last week as an OAP.

Bet for discussion.
Andy Carroll to be West Ham's top scorer.
Current standings:
Ravel Morrison 3
Carlton Cole 4
Ricardo Vaz Te 2
Joe Cole 3
Mohamed Diamé 2
Modibo Maiga 1
Mark Noble 2
Kevin Nolan 2
Winston Reid 1
Carlton Cole doesnt start now that Carroll is fit, same goes for Maiga. As Big Sam plays one up front and 2 wide.
Morrison maybe of to Fulham (speculation).
At first look 5's looks too big? Am I alone in that?
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/west-ham/top-league-goalscorer
Thanks.
I need some help on that. I've no idea if it is value, but I like the angles you have identified.
It assumes, of course, that Carroll stays fit, & that West Ham manage to score a few goals, not something they will find easy.
Good logic though, & let's await feedback.
Incidentally, I know you much enjoy, & follow, Spanish football. In todays "The Game", in the The Times, there is a fascinating full page article about Atletico Madrid, & their endeavours this season. Seems they over-achieve, including only conceding 1 goal to Barca in 3 games this season. They are (it states) deep in debt, owe the Government a ton of back taxes, & most of their players are not owned by them, but are in third party ownership. "An empire built on sand" is the headline. Very interesting piece, by Gabrielle Marcotti, try & get it, you'd enjoy it, I think.

Evening Mr T.
In the 1st round Oz tennis tonight there is a decent bet to be had between Fognini and Bogolomov. Fognini rose up the rankings following a great clay court season and he is priced as favourite for the game tonight. However he hasn't had a game since November, the courts are incredibly fast and Bogolomov is a better hard court player. I also like the fact that Bogolomov has had to play a couple of qualifying matches on this surface.
Suggest £20 Bogolomov @ 23/20 with Boyles but 11/10 is OK with Paddy or Ladbrokes.
Unfortunately, Mr Bogroll was not at his best, it seems, & we lost 2 sets to love.

Tighty's Suarez bet has to be one of the best yet surely!
An extraordinary piece of thinking by him. Think we gave the rest a month start, & 4 or 5 goals.
I could not figure out what that smiley mean't last night. I know now.....
Well done Mark.

Tikay,
I recommend a bet on:
Napoli to win Serie A at 8-1 with same stake saver at 11/10 for top 3 finish. This is available with Coral and BET 365.
Price as low as 9/2 in some places and this 8-1 looks sure to contract now they have signed Higuian as a replacement for Cavani up front. With an ambitious owner, who reinvests wisely, an amazing home support and record to boot, they represent what I believe to be value against an aging Juventus side. With money to spend there is great value at 8-1 for a team that came second last year.
Regards
Spudy.
Thank you Mr Spudy.
Very short of time, excuse brevity.
We have £10 EW @ 8/1, Coral, Napoli to win Serie A.
Full details tomorrow.
ON
As my last post on here following the insults of The Camel towards me
, you may want to check that you did this bet correctly. As you did the Napoli Serie A bet with Coral, you may have only got first and second place for the e/w part. This will not apply had you backed 11/10 for the top three finish that was available like i said, though looking at your post you said you were pressed for time.
Hopefully Napoli will push on and finish second so there wont be an issue ahead of Roma.
All the best.
Hi Spudy,
If that is the case, it is very sad. There was no insult, none at all. He has also said he apologises if you took his Post the wrong way.
I am 100% certain Camel was not busting your balls, in fact I thought it was a wonderfully structured & humorous Post, one of the best on here in a while, what with the photos of the boat sailing & all that.
He has a wily sense of humour, born of being around gambling all his life.
Trust me, if he wanted to dig you out, you'd have known, he can be very acerbic & cutting when the mood takes him, & I've been on the wrong end of it a few times, believe me. Lets not forget he started this thread, too, so we've all made a few bob off the back of him.
This was pure humour, banter, japes. I would abandon TfT in a heartbeat were it not for the banter.
Anyway, all the best if you are done with us, & good luck all things Napoli.

Cardiff v West Ham
Following the toothless display against Man City, surely 22/23 for Cardiff under new manager Solskjaer, is a rather big price? Combined with the forum bet on the Hammers manager to go in January, this could be the result that gets big Sam the boot?
Thoughts?
Think this particular boat has sailed with Tips for Tikay left stranded on the docks with our luggage at our feet.
Cardiff were 6/4 when the betting opened. 8/5 in a place.
Even yesterday you could get 11/10.
In hindsight, these were value.
But even the YTS boys who work in the *lol* trading rooms have seen that West Ham are injured riddled and in disarray and adjusted the price accordingly.
Indeed, if they do shorten any more, I'd argue Wet Spam might well be a good bet.

This is the Post in question - I really can't see it is anything but good-natured humour, & rather well-constructed, given he is an OAP.
He followed it shortly after with this.....
See the guy on the boat, 6th from the left, with both arms in the air?
He's had a five hundred to eight on the Bluebirds.

I found Camel's post amusing, even posted saying he was on form that day.
He did call me an idiot yesterday tho
. Just gonna phone Alan Pardew and see what he thinks of him...
No no no, we must get this right Jeff.
He inferred you were a (PARENTAL WARNING, LOOK AWAY NOW)......
twit.
Shocking stuff. Correct, but shocking.
Incidentally, I note that nice Mr Pardew has apologised for his unseemly outburst yesterday. Like that makes it OK. I do like people who do that. Not.
Anyway, here's a couple of suggested new avatars for you.

Proves what a great spot it was by Maldini Bloke.
