Daily Report

Loss on Month £385.45

Outstanding Bets £3321.37

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc&usp=drive_web#gid=19

A loss of £115 yesterday with Sheffield Wednesday losing to Charlton and Fofana's injury ruling himself out of the Six Nations

I can see no indication that a bet was placed on Hull City

I can't confirm that Tindall Baby Hair: Brown has been settled as a winner either.

This bet

30-Dec   BigAdz   BetVictor   13-Mar   Horses   Champion Chase   Sprinter Sacre   10/11   50            Non runner free bet

I assume I have to settle this as a loser and tikay to check if there is a free bet on BetVictor?

Hull City. The bet WAS placed, during UKPC, but it was not confirmed on or for Fred, sorry.

Baby Tindall's Barnet Fair. The Bet remains unsettled on my Wm Hill Account.

Sprinter Sacre remains an "Unsettled Bet" on my BMU Account.

I don't think you'll see your free bet until Champion Chase day.  Horses have run in the past after the trainer had announced they won't going to.  Henderson himself did this with Binocular not that long ago.

Or, perhaps, at the 4 day (?) Declaration stage?

Quite an interesting BBC Horizon prog for gamblers.  The basis is that our intuitive brain likes to mess with our logical brain leading to mistakes.  Go to 23 mins in for a flavour

Morning Mr T.

Spring is here, a pleasant 3 oktas and overnight the frog spawn has appeared in the pond. Naturally our attention is now drawn to the worlds tennis tournaments. I did suggest backing Berdych as an E/W bet for the Dubai jobbie and the price is still available if you fancy it. It would take a far smarter person than I to know if the 1/3 odds @ 6-1 is ultimately better than the 1/2 odds @ 5-1. Maybe you could ask the I Poker collusion bods?

In Mexico I would suggest a smaller bet on Dimitrov to win. Ideally I would like to back Gulbis again, he won last week in France for me, but I am wary about tiredness and travel/timezone problems. They are both in the same half as Murray, tournament favourite, but until he wins a tournament again I will carry on looking to oppose him.

Suggest Dimitrov £10 win @ 10-1 with Corals, Victor or Hills.

If he wins with the 6-1 and 1/3, you get 1/2 point more of a return than the 5/1 and 1/2.  If he is second you get 1/2 point more with the 1/2 odds @ 5-1.

If your judgement is correct (and it often is) he is going to be second a great deal more often than he is first?

Well I fancy Berdych to beat anyone other than Djokovic in the final. But I am not sure what odds I make Djokovic to get there considering he hasn't played since the US Open.

Well there prob isn't a vast amount in it either way, so tikay can get on with baldy or willy-hill as well.

I know that Fred is not a great fan of F1 but it's time to reinvest some of the Vettel money from last year before the prices disappear.

There are major changes in F1 this year and the picks all come down to reliability. My friend who works for Force India spent two hours last night explaining all about new engines, new designs and new rules and he clearly makes Mercedes favourite.

Mercedes have two great drivers in Rosberg and Hamilton. Hamilton is the more aggressive of the two and is the pick for the drivers championship as a result.

You can still get 10/3 with HillyBilly, Ladsmoke and Joe C and on Betfair you can lay him at 3.95 with fair liquidity.

Mercedes are 2.18 / 2.28 (thin) for the constructors on Betfair and you can still bet 11/8 (2.375) with Fred and Teto.

Both represent great value even without the arb situation.

Recommend £30 @ 100/30 and £40 at 11/8

First Grand Prix of the season is Australia on March 16th.

Morning Joe, & thanks.

I missed this (& many others) due to my UKPC absence, and both prices have now been trimmed a tad, which, I suppose, augers well.

So we are on BOTH bets, but at slightly reduced sums, due to the shorter prices.

Before getting on, I checked the current Betfair prices, & we have still beaten them in both cases.

We have a small button bet, can someone take a look at Magnusson each way for the first races?

BMU is 10/1 for Australia and 1/5 odds for the each way, top three.

Thank you Mr Railer Bloke.

We can now get 12/1, so have had £10 EW.

Evening Mr Omaha Bink.

Tomorrow the Dubai tennis starts. It is played on a hard court and Djokovic usually does well here. In last years final he defeated Berdych and it is Berdych that I think we should back. He won an indoor tournament a couple of weeks ago, his first win in over a year, and he looked really solid on his service. He has the weaker opponents in his half of the draw, with his main rival being Del Potro, and he comfortably beat him a fortnight ago.

I am still a huge Djokovic fan but I can't back him at odds on over 3 set matches so I think we should back Berdych each way.

Suggest £15 e/w Berdych @ 6-1 with Ladbrokes 1/3rd odds 1,2.

Morning hector.

Just tried to get on, Oddschecker are still showing prices, but the Bookies have suspended the market, as the Event has now started.

Frog spawn & tennis tourneys, yes yes, they go together like beetroot & pineapple.

We have £10 @ 10/1, Dimitrov to win APT Acapulco, BetVictor, hector
