Morning Mr T.
No curates egg in yesterdays tennis, more cadburys creme egg.
Berdych eased into the final and will surprisingly be playing Federer. Berdych priced at 6/4 ish and I think I am the only one in the world to make him favourite. Each way landed and anyone already on ( probably just me and sonour ) can enjoy the freebie.
Dimitrov beat Murray in 3 sets to set up a final with Anderson. Dimitrov is 1/2 favourite and will make the early morning squeeze quite interesting. You have a tiddlearse on him at 10-1.
I did enjoy seeing tennis as the 2nd most profitable sport last month.
Must admonish Rubbish for today's gallery - not a sign of a pained Andy Murray anywhere!
Nice work hector, & what a shame Fred missed Berdych, that was a great bet. Never mind, plenty others got on board, I'm sure.
Next up, Dimitrov.
Not sure Tennis has ever previously had such a good month, long may the run continue.

Just imagine Mr T if we could just persuade Mere to come back and give us his women's tennis tips - what a duo we would make.
It would be like these guys.
Or maybe these.
At the moment I feel it is more like him.

Australia now 100/1, with Warner going along nicely on 66.
Looking good on all fronts.
looks a good bet at that price, what's the score?

Regarding the batsmen both on 4 after 2 balls.
On the first ball they run 3, and then another 2 after an overthrow. However they are called for one run short.
2nd ball hit for 4.
Not possible - if true, MereGeek would have got it.
Defo works with a bowler completing an over for an injured colleague too, at least the way it was worded
It's true I'm afraid. Doesn't have to be an overthrow, they could run five (very improbable I know) and get called one short. Not sure if it's ever happened but it was one of the only Quiz questions I remember from the Castres trip I went on before Xmas.

If only........Mere is too busy watching Girlie Tennis to give us tips.

Unforch, also saw this.......
Bat second venue?

Meanwhile, Australia now on 138/2, at just over 4 an over, with Warner 88 not out.

I eventually got the 5-1 1/2 odds with Willyhill, thanks.
I tried to get on with Baldfred and got this message
Bet placement failed
We're sorry, but this placement has failed. Please contact customer support for further assistance.
So I did and they said (two days later)
It means your bet has failed and you need to place it again
I had a few pennies on Rory for first round leader on the golf with them, so Karma's sword of retribution was swift

Wigan are a juicy looking 3.45 on betty to win at floundering forest today.
I think that looks a bit big.

Floundering? Lost twice since Oct, one of those at Burnley last time out and in a play off spot!

I stand corrected your tightness but they are missing several key players today I believe, Reid and Lansbury amongst them.

Australia 195/2 @ tea, after 52 Overs, Warner 121 not out.
As you may gather, I've wagered rather too much on Tighty's suggestions here.....what can possibly go wrong?
300+ @ close of play will do nicely, thank you.
