http://news.coral.co.uk/horse-racing/cheltenham/coral-printing-money-quevega-41-record-breaking-win_25013.html

Before I do something really stupid...again...any reason why I shouldn't be opening an account and taking this offer?

Headline is 4/1 Quevega up to £10 for new accounts.

There normal offer is £50 free bet when u deposit and bet £50.

Not anymore I believe. Two options, bet £5 get a free £20 bet or the above quevega option.

Does anyone know how you can find out the expiry date of free bets on Betfred?

Seemed to just randomly have some appear on my account at the end of last week and don't want to lose them.

I have never had any expire yet. Assume they last forever.

I understand that Gilgamboa will be Pricewise tomorrow and that can be backed at 11/1 12345 right now which is close to Betfair.

I'm also told that Hills plan to go 4/1 Irving.

Yea, it must be some combination of this and something else. I opened the account last week and had £10 on the BOD anytime. Random £30 appears today. I am sure it will go on the festival in the next couple of days anyway, thanks.

Hills Mobile etc for Cheltenham

I think we should give the 13.30 a miss for now, as Hills are rumoured to be 4/1 Irving tomorrow.  Should definitely hold our Hills powder dry for that.

14.05 I am going to be a bit contradictory here.  Hills are 3/1 Champagne Fever.  He has one twice at the festival, but has had a ropey prep.  But 3/1 is the Betfair price and we get free bet for 2nd, so we should hold our nose and bet regardless.
I have been a fan of Dodging Bullets for a while and have an ante-post voucher.  I think the ground is coming in his favour.  Paddy Power are 6/1 and quarter first 3, both win and place beat Betfair, and definitely think we should take the max we can with Paddy Power on this.  I got maxed at £20 e/w.  I have listened to a couple of Neil's podcasts and he seems a fan of this too.  I don't think much of Grandouet or Rock and Ruby either in this race, so a 1-2 seems inevitable.

15.20  I think this race favours The New One and Hurricane Fly more than My Tent or Yours.  I can see why Neil likes Our Conor, but 3/1 Hurricane Fly or The New One is mathematically better than 5/1 Our Conor under the offer.  Unfortunately Hills are shorter than 3/1 on Hurricane Fly, so think we have to go 3/1 The New One under the offer and try and get some of the 4/1 The Fly elsewhere (for disclosure, I have backed all 3 of these ante post already).

16.00 5/6 Que Vega is a must for the offer at 5/6.

Summary

Hills Mobile
14.05 Champagne Fever 3/1
15.20 The New One 3/1
16.00 Que Vega 5/6

Paddy Power
14.05 Max we can on Dodging Bullets each way.

Will Hill will go 6/1 about Hurricane Fly winning the Champion Hurdle at 1000 GMT tomorrow

"vowed to lay Stan James Champion Hurdle fancy Hurricane Fly at 6/1 from 1000 GMT tomorrow. They say they will take 10,000 bets of £10 at that price which is twice that of the current best out there about the two-time winner. "

Any idea if we will be able to bet on this via mobile in order to be eligible for the WH mobile offer?

Will this have to be a single only to win or can it be ew also?

Problem is that it is only £10 max (normally max £25 on the mobile offer), so think it is better to just take The New One on the offer and try and pick up Hurricane Fly at 6/1 after.  I am hoping they will lay the full £25 if they go 4/1 Irving tomorrow.

Can I echo the lay of Rangers for the Scottish Cup if it's still available.    I would have Dundee United as a 2 goal fav in the semi.

And if they somehow manage to get past the terriers then this Aberdeen team is one of the best they have had in 20 years.

Its better than having money in the bank.
