A day off, good lord no. He finishes 5 hours early on a Friday at 5pm, that's 5 hours before the shops close !
If he makes day two he gets Saturday morning off which is our busiest time of the week.

Thanks Lisa, the first two are sorted, at exactly the prices you suggested. It's unlikely I'll be available at race time for the third one, so we'll have to swerve that, unless you or someone else from Team Maths suggest we get on before 10am, which is when I go AWOL today. (I'll be AWOL today from 10am until mid or late afternoon).  

EDIT - I have made arrangements for Tighty to do that third bet (if appropriate) on my behalf if necessary.
