Presumably where this plan goes tits up is if event x loses so u break even while Stoke are charging into the Champions League and u no longer have a penny on them?!

I am not sure what happens at bwin if you do a £400 double. It loses at the first leg. Can you then do another £400 on stoke again with another first leg given the first double has gone south? Or if the limit is just £400 for that event in a multi whether they win or lose. It's also why i suggested getting the other leg to be the shortest price possible so you are as likely as possible to get the double alive.

Not looked at Betfair, but a Kingman/Stoke double might be the ticket?

Heard the local Stokie reporter on Talk Sport last night, calling in from deppest Bavaria where the mighty Potters are on tour. Says they look good in training but getting battered in the games....Stoke for the drop imo, bring back Pulis, Bojan soft as shite etc

great idea marky only problem being bwin only bet on virtual horses last time i looked and don't offer any greyhounds at all. They are a central european facing bookmaker tbh.

celtic at 1/50 with bwin is probably as decent a shout as any if you are backing ante post and want to get £405 on instead of £81. Just looked at bf and £10k has been done on Celtic at 1/20. Hard to believe Celtic don't win the SPL more than 95% of the time surely?

Nailed on really, there is literally no team capable of stopping us. League is too poor.

You listen to Talk Sport?
Had you down as a Radio Four man (apart from the odd Five Live sporting event)

The following should be backed under the Hills offer
Maid in Rio (6/4) in the 13.55 and
Highland Reel in the 15.40 (evens)
Sure Neil will tell you that backing a short price horse over a distance they have never run before opens up some value elsewhere, do think we should also back Lieutenant Miller in the 13.55. It was baulked over that distance at Ascot and has form on firmish ground (presumably Seamus hasn't been able to make it heavy overnight). Suggest £20 each way at 10/1 with BMU or Hills.
Edit. The other race looks a good each way one too, but would rather wait until we were sure of 8 and could see what the ground was like.

I don't know but Coral are price boosting Toronado to 7/2 from 8.30. Tenner only for those that like to nick a couple of quid.

A loss of £135 yesterday
- £50 at Goodwood with Beacon and Toormore both losing at short prices, Toormore runner up for a free bet. Here in blue on the far side of Es Que Love

-£40 Forest Gavin unplaced in the Sussex cup greyhounds
-£25 Together forever unplaced at Galway. Rightway was a non-runner later, refunded
-£20 Bronte Barrett 3rd in the Womens 400m free on the last night of the swimming at the Commonwealth games
ongoing positions
A sloppy day for India in the 3rd Test. Played below par all game The draw is marginal favourite over an Egland win with two days to go which is interesting and probably incorrect
Pujara again, got a start, out for 24. Atypical, but typical of the Indians yesterday 5 of whom were out between 24 and 39

In the Royal London Cup Kent were 150-6 chasing 270. Not looking good, but they got home with 2 wickets and 4 balls to spare in what was a very encouraging effort indeed

In baseball the Orioles continue to lead the AL East, 7-6 winner over the Angels last night.

Unfortunately the Yankees beat the Rangers 12-11 and the Royals lost 2-1 to the twins

Not sure if it is the best use of the free bet bet i did £25 E/W using my free bet from yesterday on the horse suggested by doobs at 10/1?

The above is the Premier League table in accordance with a bookmakers line who is often referred to on here as being very sharp
Any views?
Palace too high surely?
