Spurs have been notoriously rubbish the Sunday after a Thursday night ITV4 appearance. We play Arry and the Camel Park Rangers this weekend after a trip to Limassol, Thursday evening.

Spurs have not sorted out the striker situation at all, with a 4-2-3-1 formation only being any good if the 1 can stay there, hold the ball up and shoot on target. Soldado, Kane and Adebayor each have a sandwich missing from that particular picnic. Lamela has...yet to realise his potential on the right.

Zamora, Austin, the Rio-tripping Fer and not just been replaced honest guv Remy shouldn't be giving Hugo Lloris nightmares, but spurs' frailty at the back - particularly the full back positions with a narrow system and injuries to boot - is a concern. Arry will be looking to stodge and play on the break and build the pressure at the ground where he so emphatically divided opinion.

QPR can be buttered up at 7/1 to cause an upset. Is anyone 7/1 at this early stage of the season?

Not many, I'd say, unless Burnley or Palace are involved, I suppose.

Hurry up, tikay, or people will start to think I'm not on the autobet list.

We also have an auto-ignore list, you know.....

You sit between the two, a sort of Burnley or Birmingham City type.

Malky Mackay the new Palace boss, to be announced at 4pm.

Will he be keen on playing the much needed 4-2-3-1 for us? Or is he going to stir stuff up?

Also I am worried about his and Moody's transfer activity after Cornelius last year.

Could have been worse, Ant

Al Naamah to win a Group 1 this season, 7-1 racebets.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UgXL3mEbrUg

Not all horseys that cost this sort of £££ turn out that great but she looks the real deal.

To put this price into context she's best at 16-1 for next season's Guineas.

The plan is to have one more run before gong for a Group 1, probably over Arc weekend in October. She's also in the Fillies' Mile.

Rec £30 @ 7-1.

Hi folks I'm off on holiday now...... Then when I get back I'm back at work because I'm a teacher. I'm not able to keep up with the baseball when I'm working so I feel I lose my edge so sorry but no more tips from me.

Before I hit he road a couple of tips can't really give reasons as I'm just about to leave

Houston to beat Yankees suggest £25 like pitching match up
New York mets to beat Oakland suggest £100 really like his one due to last time max or played mets they did really well against him... Last three games kasmir not been great.... Gees been in decent form against a out of form Oakland line up
