Been a while since I have posted one of my NFL player bets in Fred and there is one I quite like tonight.

Dwayne Bowe averaged just under 45 receiving yards last year and in his first two games this year he has got 40 and 32 yards in his two games with 3 receptions in each game.  Tonight he should be up against Darelle Revis who is one of the best corners in the game and it really isn't a good matchup, albeit that Revis hasnt been as good as usual, his reputation is such that Smith may simply not target him as much.  Also the Patriots have struggled a bit against Tight Ends and in the running game so I would expect Andy Reid to concentrate his offensive gameplan on Jamaal Charles and Travis Kelce.  We can bet under 45.5 in quite a few spots and that looks a fairly good bet to me.  Of course you could easily lose it in one play but going under these totals is never an awful thing to do.  Maybe a small bet....any thoughts Tighty?

Two of our top ten Premier League bets clashed last night, with Stoke beating Newcastle 1-0

It's all ok though, as Beardsley will be appointed soon, and carried into St James Park on a horse drawn charabanc with fans festooning the road in front of him with petals, genuflecting at the appointment of a local hero, he'll lead them to immediate victories against Swansea (10 points from six games) and Leicester (8 points from six games) because that's what Newcastle are meant to do

Meanwhile Watford appointed their third manager of the season yesterday. Apparently Billy McKinley does a fine line in hairdryer treatments. So thats a strong Scottish accent bawling out Italians, Serbians and an occasional Englishman then

Last night the Kansas City Chiefs shellacked the New England Patriots 41-14. We have a "most rushing yards" bet on Jamaal Charles who scored three touchdowns last night and rushed for 92 yards (on half his usual carries, his back up went for 107 yards too). Unfortunately he has missed two games with injury so its tough to win that bet already

Big games later, the Royals play the Athletics in the ALDS Wldcard, a one off game. The Royals opened at 11/10 and have gone 10/11 in what will be a tough game with two very good pitchers, James Shields and Jon Lester

In the CLT20 the Lahore Lions need to beat the Perth Scorchers convincingly to hope to qualify for the semi-finals

Meanwhile, it could be election junkie heaven next may......released yesterday by Prof Stephen Fisher's team at Oxford. The LDs would lose 31 seats but still end up kingmakers, with all sorts of coalitions in play.

we have the top two receivers in terms of receptions, and the leader in terms of yards, running for us at 10 and 20-1.
