Football threads amuse me to.  I genuinley don't try and troll but sometimes I can see it may come across like that but its genuinley because in football your in one camp or the other.

Anyway, I digress I came here to post this.

The 180 bet is toast given virtually every big hitting 180 man is still in. WH now have the line at 624.5.

I can't see the above market on Hills but Sporting Index are quoting 614 - 622 so if we can find the above should we be backing under 624.5?

I know Fred is already on under 599.5 but barring something going massively in our favour that bet is goosed.

Happy to go back through the numbers but a press seems like a viable plan to me. Probably a mistake to take the unders early on. Should have anticipated the line going up and might have been able to book a scoop between 600 and 624.

Will have a think but open to suggestions.

Eso Chompy time?!

No way. Esochomping would be backing over 599. If we were to bet under 625, that would be a press, with a possible scoop option. Lewis out now, plus one of Smith and Bunting going tonight.

You esochomp if you want. Tal is not for esochomping.

Anyone able to find a market for this, I spent about 30 minutes on Mountains website couldn't seem to find it.

Lewis going is a bg result for the bet, I'd fancy Bunting beating Smith is a better result also.  As long as Smith wins the match bet on 180's ;-)

The Footie threads do get trolled a bit I suppose, but the lack of balance in them absolutely appals me. To win any debate, each side has to yield a few points first. No Manager, Team, Player, or Chairman is ALL bad or ALL good, but we only hear the extreme ends of the debate. There is real hate there, & I see no reason for that at all.

It's an emotive subject, and I guess it's very hard for fans to be objective.

I can see why you get frustrated, but it amuses me, rather than appalls Cheesy

Don't tar us all with the same brush please.

I saw it earlier when the Bunting game was on but checked the same place just now and it's not there. (got there by clicking darts then "show all X markets" in the World Darts Championship section where X was 50odd during the Bunting game and is now 19)

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc&usp=drive_web#gid=33

No bets completed yesterday

Two good results in the Darts

Anderson beat Reyes 4-1. We have £50 at 6/5 on him winning his quarter. One match to go

Bunting beat Smith 4-2. His "darts face" has him permanently smiling, which i like

The quarter final line up

Thursday 1 January

19:10 Michael van Gerwen (1) (Ned) v Robert Thornton (9) (Sco)

21:00 Peter Wright (5) (Sco) v Gary Anderson (4) (Sco)

Friday 2 January

19:10 Phil Taylor (2) (Eng) v Vincent van der Voort (23) (Ned)

Bunting's path to winning this remains very tough, but at least RVB beat Lewis, so that has to be good news i think

Slightly surprised that Brighton have appointed Chris Hughton

This tweet sums him up well i think

Daniel Brigham ‏@dan_brigham  5m5 minutes ago
I see Brighton have given up on their ethos of appointing progressive managers who like to play passing football.
