Funny Matty, Cookie was my big bet of the day, after initially being tempted by BB.

Did you email the show scotty earlier?  Thoguht i heard your name read out?

Not me mate.

Another dog fan called 'scotty2hatty out there then.  Just assumed it was you.

Imposter! That's my Twitter handle too.

Obviously we got the best of it with SMS last week but any interest at 9/4 in the last?

Right, bet suggestions:

Nations Cup:

Germany @ 9/4 with Skai Bet (or 7/4 with Choral). Suggest £20. They are the favourites, but they should be bigger favourites with arguably two of the top five drivers on the current F1 grid (Vettel & Hulkenberg).

Young Stars @ 12/1 with Chroal & SkaiBet. A big price on two youngsters (Palmer & Wehrlein) eager to impress, both have very good car control and should suit this type of racing. Wehrlein was runner up in the individual competition last season. Suggest £10.

Brazil @ 16/1 with Choral. Ludicrous price. A (pretty much) ex-F1 World Champion (Massa) and the current Formula E champion (Piquet). Suggest £10.

https://www.skybet.com/motor-sport/race-of-champions
http://sports.coral.co.uk/motor-sports/motor-sports-race-of-champions

Unfortunately Brazil got knocked out in round one Sad

Young Stars out in the quarter final. Germany through to the Semi's.

Germany are into the final, they will face England 1 Smiley

Sadly for us, England 1 beat Germany to take the Nations Cup Sad

carnage at the first bend in the big race by the looks of the form.  t6 missed it and hosed up. won by half the track.

t2 and t3 went off evens coupled.  Did you get involved?

I am afraid so. Three didn't get out and then drifted wide at the bend, causing a bit of a mess and leaving two a clear run. As expected, it didn't stay and the bottom caught it.

Good night, nevertheless.

Martial, Rooney, Wilson, Fellaini are all out for United.
So who plays up front? Memphis perhaps? He can be backed at 15/2 1st goalscorer.
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/watford-v-man-utd/first-goalscorer

Edit Wilson IS available but can't play the 90 according to Van Gaal. So I don't know if that means he'll start and get subbed off or come on as sub.

N1 hope you lumped on, cheers

Hey guys, odds for the race of champions are topsy-turvey today!

I've bet £50 in total; on five drivers, and will make an overall profit if just one of them wins. Here are my suggestions:

Andy Priaulx @ 28/1 with Choral. This price is sheer insanity, and it's quite obvious to me that the traders at this bookie are CLUELESS. Andy was one of the quickest yesterday, and nextdoor have him at 4/1. Not sure if it can be palp when only three bookies appear to be offering odds? I suggest £20, although I was limited to £5.

Nico Hulkenberg @ 9/1 with Choral. Price out of line for a Le Mans Winner and one of the most talented F1 drivers. Suggest £10.

Pascal Wehrlein @ 25/1 with Choral. I believe we did this exact same bet last year, and Pascal was the runner up. He seems good at this style of racing, it really suits him. Suggest £5.

Sebastian Vettel @ 5/1 with SkaiBet. In my opinion, the most talented driver in motorsport history. 5/1 is too high. Suggest £20.

Felipe Massa @ 33/1 with BEwin. Don't really understand why Felipe's price is so high - he didn't do well yesterday over the two laps he completed, but he is a very quick driver. Suggest £5.

I know the thread can't get on with Skai or BEwin, not sure about Choral. Maybe someone can book these for the thread? Smiley

Not for Fred as we don't have the bookies but there is a touch of value for whoever can bet on Joshua King 1st goalscorer for Bournemouth in this match @ 11/1.
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/swansea-v-bournemouth/first-goalscorer
Bookies expecting Glenn Murray to lead the line but it should be King.
Eddie Howe on King;

“I think Joshua gives us that pace up front which Callum had. It is no secret we are still searching for a balance that suits our players. I hope I am not still saying that in two or three months’ time because we are aware we have to find the solutions quite quickly… that is not a criticism of Glenn (Murray), who is an outstanding player in his own right, but the lads have been used to having a quick number nine. I think when the team has adapted to playing a certain way, it is difficult to then change but Glenn has had a couple of good games for us and is a really useful player to have.”

Great shout
