This chess stuff is getting annoying.

Anand loses to Nakamura.

Karjakin won against Topalov. Caruana still playing.

Might be a bit of value with the books going 1/2 odds to reach the final of the Dell matchplay golf.  All the players in the 4/5 12/13 section of the draw are long odds.  For example, Kizzaire is 40/1 so 20/1 to get to the final.  To do this he has to win 3 matches.  He is 5/4 to beat Moore and I'd guess wouldn't be worse than 5/4 to beat the winner of An and Rafa and shouldn't be worse than 2-1 to make it into the final, so that works out to be about 14-1 to make the final and we are getting 20-1.

So my rough odds for each to make the final are

Moore 9-1  1/2 odds 12.5-1
An 11-1     1/2 odds 12.5-1
Rafa C-B 13-1  1/2 odds 16.5-1
Kizzaire 14-1    1/2 odds 20-1

Going by betfair Ryan Moore and Rafa seem to be the best value as the book odds are very close to Betfair so recommend £5ew on both with sadjokes

The MLB season starts tomorrow.  Knowing how TfT likes season long sweats, i'd like to put forward the San Francisco Giants to win the National League West at 7/5[/b.

Not sure if the thread can get on with 887+1, but is also available with Unibet + beteverday.

The Giants have a very strong team this year. They might be a bit short if they get too many injuries, but on the whole i think this is a good bet.

Would like to hear about any other good bets for the MLB Season.

this is a six month bet at 7/5. we can't do any of the 7/5 places either, as it happens

more mileage in them to win the NL or the whole thing given the time we are tie-ing the money up for?

there is a golfer called Patton Kizzire?

something learned today then

Ryan Moore WGC Dell Match Play Winner
25/1 Each Way (2 Places at 1/2 Odds)
Total Stake: £10.00
Potential Returns: £197.50

Rafael Cabrera Bello WGC Dell Match Play Winner
33/1 Each Way (2 Places at 1/2 Odds)
Total Stake: £10.00
Potential Returns: £257.50

Big day in L1. Could do with Burton not beating Oldham, and Chesterfield losing to Fleetwood.

Burton v Wigan is still to come (next month), so this one could go to the wire. Every chance Wigan remain unbeaten for the rest of the season.

Also, not sure Will Grigg should be a bigger price than Sharp or Madden in the top scorer betting. He's four behind Ajose, though, which is tough to make up with eight games left.

Yuh, will take that. Oldham are well organised and hard to break down, especially on the road. Was always gonna be tight. Almost put up a bet on the unders there, but enough involvement as it is with the Wigan bet.
