If Fred is still broadening his portfolio for the US Open I have another suggestion.

I think Shane Lowry has an ideal game for Oakmont; excellent short-game skills and long enough too. He's also been based in the US this season which must be a help as he's a popular player.

The 125/1 with 1/4 six places must be worth a Lady Godiva EW.

Unless I'm missing something (like Choral know he'll be batting down at 5 as they've switched around their batting order or something) 4/1 looks a good price on Rahul to top score for India in Zim v India ODI tomorrow morning. No oddschecker link. as short as 9/4 elsewhere.  suggest £20

full write-up : http://www.bettingkingdom.co.uk/betting-tips/cricket/One-day-international/ODI-Zimbabwe-v-India-L-Rahul-top-India-batsman/70551

i hate using the coral website

and no its not on oddschecker

and yes £20 at 7/2 was sent to trader for review and knocked back to a fiver

good excuse not to use them them

is it up anywhere else?

They are a disgrace. I asked for £100 EW on Zonderland at 25/1. They offered me £100 on the win and £50 on the place. So I asked for £50 EW but the offered £50 win £25 place.
What type of bet is that ?

That is spineless and disgusting behaviour and shouldn't be allowed.

Me or them lol Smiley

A casino are only allowed to offer you bets approved by The Gambling Commission. Are bookies allowed to offer this bet ?
If so, should they be allowed to offer  it ?
Oh, and I was unknown in this shop.

Was pretty standard 15 years ago when i worked for 365 for the horse guys to offer half place on all bad ew bets referred over the phone exactly how you described.    You done well to get half place rather than just getting told 'thanks but no thanks' imo.

Amazed you have never encountered it loads of times before in the shops.

I've had it happen many times before but only with Coral I think. The others just offer £25 EW. This race wasn't on the dirty EW screen at WH but the 7.10 and 7.30 were !

Hardly think it justifies them being called a disgrace though.    It is still a fair bet to lay.  I wouldn't be laying you the bet even at half place terms.

Morning all.

Been a bit waylaid with work headaches this morning, & am trying to make sense of what has happened here today.

We had 1, or was it 2, Royal Ascot winners? (Doobs been busy again?)

Who do I owe money to, & how much? Will send by return.

Who owes me money, & how much? Happy to settle Month End in these cases.

What a life, I'm swanning if off over here in Vegas, & seem to be getting the lot on Fred without even knowing it.

Thank you to all those who assisted.

I owe you a Vegas trips worth of lattes and buns, or just over £200

I put him forward for the assist market but not top scorer, fred couldn't get on though. Someone else might have thrown his name into the hat for goals!

Ronaldo apparantly injured in Madrid training.

3.25 Austria top team group f?

Austria 9/4 top scorers

After Ronaldo top scorer odds are HUGE for Porugal, it seems really sick.

Second favourite is  Nani 12/1, Quaresma 16/1, Danny 20/1, Eder 20/1. Even if Ronaldo is fit now they seem good odds? If they are the true odds then betting against Portugal now if Ronaldo is 10%+ injured seems great?

Hungary and Iceland other teams.

This is the only reference I can find to Nani by you, did you mean this?

Another hat-trick for SDS yesterday. Right back in the groove. Lovely scenes.

nothing for Ascot today?

the Jersey and Royal Hunt look quite interesting races don't they?

doesn't the draw allow you to put a line through quite a few in each so you get full e/w value on some of the others?
