Tighty (and anyone else), what happens to the AFC West market if Von Miller doesn't sign for the Broncos?

I'm going away from the Broncos whether Miller signs or not (I'm pretty sure he will just wants the biggest defensive deal ever after Fletcher Cox got paid. They've lost a few already. More than happy to take the Raiders at that price they're a team on the up

I like Starlight Romance in the first @ 6/1
Dundunah was backed into 2/1fav on its debut at this track last month and was only just beaten close to home. O'Meara must've fancied it a lot, and they've brought it back here but over an extra furlong which raises a question mark for me. Tomorrows opposition is a Godolphin runner that drops in trip, 3 from Fahey of which only one has experience but he's able to get them ready on debut too, and a newcomer from the red hot Haggas stable. On balance, I like Fahey's experienced runner as it was running on well over C&D finishing 3rd. Back it to win if you're feeling bold.

Peter

before i place those bets

we don't want some exposure to red bull?

v good in the high downforce corners because of the chassis, decent pace and very good on tyre life (verstappen especially)...might one stop?

must have a shot at top 3?

maybe there is nothing to go at in any prices?

Hit the nail on the head, didn't see a price that warranted it. This is on my radar though, as I do expect Red Bull to be behind Ferrari during FP3, thus increasing Red Bull's price and that might be the time to bet.

Cheers for the F1 bets Peter but regarding your podium bets, I see hills are e/w top 3 again...

damn i missed that, didn't think we'd see that again any time soon

i can replace the force india podium bets with william hill, paying 20/1 the place, if peter wishes

I did check, this wasn't the case then.

We do already have 9/1 .. not sure if it's worth investing more into it to be honest .. let's see how FP3 plays out.

That doesnt sound very above board.  Maybe add to the bets?   No idea on the weather forecasts.  I assume it is scorchio everywhere.

i can do either

i assume peter would have put up william hill e/w if he had seen it. clearly better bets

Well obv they are better, but we have taken a worse price already.  This is supposed to be real world.

Anyway could we put £10 e/w on bpth Alonso and Bottas with Hills.  Rain looks to be forecast.

Wont be around to argue the merits of these bets.

Williams are on my radar post FP3 also. They do always seem to perform well on this circuit. I see no merit in betting Alonso.

75% chance of precipitation on Saturday, 15% chance on Sunday.

The weather forecast has moved noticeably since I wrote my first post.  I would say that a move from probable rain to possible rain is always going to make a huge difference to the profitability of a place betting on an outsider in F1.

I think we should bet on Andrea Leadsum for Tory leader, £20 @ 11/4

As has already been said on the politics page, it looks like between her and May, Gove having shot himself in the foot while assassinating Boris. As long as she get through to the final vote then I think the elderly electorate in the Tory party will only vote for a leave person and not May.

https://m.oddschecker.com/t/politics/british-politics/next-conservative-leader?selectionName=andrea-leadsom

Has been out to 5/1 now 100/30 - I really hope this bet loses, I think she is an odeous toad.

If you're just going, and sitting at Stowe, you just missed a hell of a GP3 session .. absolute chaos at Stowe when the rain started to fall.

bet365 are betting the outrights for the Euro final to 104%

http://www.oddschecker.com/football/euro-2016/winner

http://extra.bet365.com/promotions/en/soccer/penalty-payback/?affiliate=365_004903

They offer refunds (in cash with no limits - i confirmed this in person with the PR man at Uttox on Weds when discussing the event and said surely you are not still offering this promo at the final stage and he confirmed they are as do the rules link above) on losing outright bets on this market should a team get knocked out on pens.  A team going out on pens tomorrow is a shade shorter than 5/1 on the bf prices which are tight.

Pretty sure we can back both teams at 104% book and can't lose given the refund.  too busy to do the maths on it can someone else.  If we are picking one team to back then Portugal seem the 'better' choice based on bf prices.

I have just logged into my 1% bet365 account and the euro winner market seems to be totally unlimited.  (I can win £40k on either outcome - assume they don't have this as a default to win £4m for a standard customer).  Is this the same for everyone else?  Maybe they have put this market on full limits for every customer.

Its the British Speedway grand prix tonight in Cardiff.
The 4 GPs so far have had a different winner ,
Chris Holder has finished in the final 3 out of the 4 so far,( last one was very disapointing tho)
He hasnt won a GP for few years but did have a good while with injuries, ignoring last GP he has decent form the 8/1 1-2-3 1/4  odds looks quite good.
He does seem to do ok in british GP too.

I'm not liking any of the pre-qualifying prices, apart from the following:

Pole Position - Nico Rosberg @ 5/2. I expect Lewis to get pole, but it should be extremely close, so 5/2 is way off. Suggest £20.

I have just read the terms and conditions of the offer.  On the phone and can't do cut and paste.  Condition 6 says something like if you do a series of bets that guarantee you a profit then bet365 has the right to completely screw you over.  Obviously paraphrasing here.

So betting Portugal to your max is perfectly fine, but definitely don't do both teams on one account.
