365 are back at 5 pqs.  Picked out a couple of low drawn horses at big prices in Blue Rambler (25/1) and The Minch (50/1).

The former is probably a better bet, though the latter is a very interesting horse.  He has only run 4 times.  First race was a hot bumper at Aintree.  Sunce then he has run in two listed races and the Queen Alexandra at Ascot.  This is probably the most non standard route of any horse to get here.   He placed in the bumper at 100/1 and maybe hasn't ever really improved.  50/1 tho.

Got paid on Blue Rambler  on skuy, ty for tip (guessing it finished 6th for the rubdown?)

Yeah.  I only had 5 places.  Annoying but got Neil's two and the winner earlier.  Think I might be back above even after yesterday's calamity.

It seems like Bet365 are getting even more generous with their racing offers.

They are 1/4 123 every race at Goodwood tomorrow and they have this BOG+ thing that they introduced recently.

Laura 100/1 next out on strictly.  Ed is way less likely to go and is 13/2.   Rinder obv super safe too.  Chorals.

Obv Naga and Anastasia more likely to be bottom 2, but they aren't ever going to be 100/1.

Holding myself somehow from having a massive rant about the insanity in the comments from the judges. Didn't get into the floor at all and had zero hips.

Ed is as likely to be bottom two as Louise Redknapp. Must be hard laying 13/2 on a 20/1 shot.

Movie Week does my nut in. Sorry, Camel, I know you love it but I just can't love it like the rest of the show.

Anastasia, Naga and Tameka probably competing for the dance off.

Problem with backing Laura is too many judges loved her performance and she'll do that again. They weren't worried about her dancing at all. 100/1 is 100/1 tho, so I wouldn't put anyone off.

If I were plumping for an outsider it'd be Tameka at 9/1. Problem is she'd beat either Naga or Anastacia with the judges.

Enjoying the pricing of this market though. Blimey.

Incredible performance from Michael Van Gerwin in the final of the World Grand Prix. The man is an absolute beast, hit so many doubles under pressure.

Okay, first of all, Formula E bets:

Ladsbrooks appear to be the only bookie offering markets - but either way, I'm satisfied with their pricing. Two bets to suggest this weekend:

Championship Winner: Jean Eric-Vergne @ 4/1. Suggest max bet. There's good reason for me suggesting a max. bet. 4/1 is way bigger than where it should be. Sebastian Buemi is 6/4, and while he is the reigning champion, the Renault e.Dams and Techeetah cars are identical this season; same aero for all teams, and as per contractual agreement, Renault are obliged to supply both teams with the same powertrain (Z.E 16). Given Sebastien's propensity to make mistakes, I would make Jean-Eric the favourite. I don't believe their team mates; Nico Prost (Renault) and Ma Qing Hua (Techeetah) will have the pace over a season to challenge Sebastian and Jean-Eric.

Hong Kong ePrix Winner: Jean Eric-Vergne, same reason as above, price is 9/2. Suggest £100 for this one.

https://sports.ladbrokes.com/en-gb/betting/motor-racing/formula-e/race-betting/

F1 stuff later.

As per yesterday's list we are closed at Ladbrokes, so unable to do these

Obviously if someone wants to help, great, but wouldn't expect anything like £100+ to be placed for the thread.

Likely to be thin markets anyway

Do you want £50 on each ?

yes please thank you

Booked.

Morning Jim.

One of those bets is for this morning's race, which starts shortly, the other is a season long thing for the winner of the Sill-E GP Championship.

If our Froggy Man does not win this morning, I'll send you £100 by bank TX, but I'll need your Bank Details, I don't seem to have them, so send me a PM please.

How's You Know Who these days? All happy?

Looked through the markets, got no more bets to suggest for F1 or FE.

That is on the assumption you're all on:

Race Winner - Nico Rosberg - Over EVS (F1)

Race Winner - Jean-Eric Vergne - Over 2/1 (FE)
Top Six Finish - Sergio Perez - 13/10 minimum (F1)

Having said that, one spread bet to suggest:

Buying Perez against Hulkenberg at 4. Perez is the stronger driver this season, and on this circuit. Plus he starts three grid spots ahead. This should be more like 6 or 7.

WINNER, well done Peter.

Now for the, err, other one.

The Checkatrade Trophy is a joke comp and none of the L1 and L2 clubs could give a flying.

Norwich U23's are through to the last 32 after a 6-1 win over Poshies and a 5-0 over Barnet.

It's a shame James Maddison has been loaned out to the pub league, as he ran the show at our place, but they have Josh Murphy, Louis Thompson, Alex Pritchard, and plenty of others with league experience, including Nelson Oliveira, Harry Toffolo. Then there's Sergi Canos.

Basically they could put out two teams in the Championship and have both in the top six. The general 12-1 is fine. £30 please.

Fortunately , since the police had a word with her about harassing me at work I haven't heard much from the Queen of all Queens. Had to see her at "Family mediation" sessions to sort finances out but after three sessions and a £1000 spent each we never got past first base so told her to issue court proceedings. As we left the meeting I'm sure I heard her saying to her solicitor...." Off with his head"   Grin

Will send PM.

i think the U23 teams are limited to three over-age players.

league form should be quite applicable here should it?

for example Everton (renowned for having a really good batch of kids breaking through currently, few been seen in the first team already) have won 5 of 6 in the U23 PL this season

http://www.livebetsoccer.com/competitions/table/1583/England-U23-Premier-League/7005

Norwich are second bottom

Norwich 12-1 favourites and Everton 33-1 with Bet365. Everton ACA need to beat Blackpool to progress after losing to Cheltenham

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016%E2%80%9317_EFL_Trophy

Presumably an Everton U23 team with a newish first team manager and spots to win in the first team squad are gonig to be busting a gut to go deep in this and its a pretty tricky competition to assess who gives a damn about it?

Pretty sure they just have to field five aged 21 or under.

Also, would imagine they've been fielding very different teams in the league than they have in this comp.

League teams have to field either, five players that played in the last match, their five top players in terms of appearance time this season, or (I think) five that will be playing the next game.

Five seems to be the magic number.

The French guy that scored a hat-trick at London Road is 28 years old.
