I'm getting a little concerned that the frenetic Xmas schedule for PL games is open to some degree of skulduggery if not outright buggery.

I think there should be a minimum 72-hour period between games and let them work out their schedule on that premise.

It can't be that hard.

Apparently PL teams will have to play 6 games in 17 days over the Festive period next season.

Cibulkova loses to Cornet in Brisbane Sad

Cornet played great for a set and a half and then almost contrived to throw it away before managing to finish the job. Cibulkova just doesn't give up so makes a really great sweat to watch but just not quite good enough today. A bit rusty early season form and ran into two opponents who played lights out this week. I still think she could contend for a grand slam this year, maybe even in a couple of weeks, particularly if Williams ends up going AWOL.

Trying to have a bit of an future's betting accumulator on Betvictor but I keep getting this error message:

Bet Error
We are unable to accept all or part of your requested bet please review your selections.

The bet is:

-Chelsea to win the PL
-Cleveland Cavaliers to win the Eastern conference, NBA
-Golden State to win the Western Conference.
-Van Gerwen to win the Premier League darts (each way)
-Van Gerwen to win the world matchplay (each way)

Any reason they won't accept my £20 punt? Doesn't seem related IMO. Wanted to get Hull relegated included as well but thought this may interfere with the Chelsea PL winners bet somehow.

Also if someone wants to lay me these things for a bit of fun to try and get my £20 then PM.

I'd get rid of one of the Van Gerwens.  They are related.
You may get hiccups on the two NBA bets even if they aren't.

The darts bets are related? Would that mean, for example, it's not possible to get a double on Chelsea winning the PL and the FA cup? 2 separate events, I had no idea that counted as being related.

Hope this doesn't seem too dumb, I don't normally have multiples on for future events.

You've got 2 marked as each way there, it's not possible to do an accumulator with only 2 out of the 5 selections as each way is it? Could that be causing it?

I thought this too though have never tried it. It seems needlessly nitty anyway and I am not convinced there is much of a gain on the place bdt.

I'd say if you havd the same team in 2 bets they are related.

Some sports will be more related than others.  So if you wantto back a horse to win the 2000.Guineas and Derby, you are always getting a special price.  In the darts bet, if yoi wanted to back a Phil Taylor double I expect it would be easier to see it as related.  If Taylor regained his form enough to win the premier league darts, he should then be shorter for the matchplay and vice versa.

Edit.  I meant to say, some bookies may even lay these bets, but I can see why others won't.  Also it is one of those bets which can aftertime you and make -EV after the event.  You take 5/6 Van Gerwen in both (no idea what he is), and they come back and say we would have only offered 11/10 the double (or some other lousy price the double).

Is it worth looking at Brady for MVP still? Seems to be above 4/1 for him. I personally do that think it should be him. But most I hear suggest him still
