I have a bet for The Masters if anyone can get us any money on, on BWIN.

Justin Thomas £10 EW at 33s

I'm annoyed with myself at not posting this after he carded a 59 on Thursday in the Sony Open when we could have got 50s but I really do still think he is well priced at 33s. After watching him play the last two weeks he's playing the best golf I've seen of anyone in a long long time. He hasn't just won the last two comps but done it quite comfortably with a few broken records along the way, namely; the youngest to ever shot 59 and a 72-hole scoring record. The guy is just 23 and oozing confidence.

Open to thoughts be for placing, if we can get it on.

Personally I think you are better off waiting until the week of the tournament. He's unlikely to short significantly from 33s imo but may well be pushed if he dips out of form, plus you'll probably get 7 or 8 places as a concession.

One other thing to note is that he favours a fade and we know that Augusta is more receptive to a drawer of the ball.

Justin Thomas is really really good but Augusta is just not a great course for him.

Directly after back-to-back victories might also be the nut worst time to bet on him.

Personally I don't think he will be too inconvenienced by Augusta as he doesn't move the ball that much in the air - well not sideways anyhow.

Some great rookies in this year's Masters - that will be an interesting market.

A Masters competition might be fun too Wink

Thomas Pieters likely to be a worthy favourite unless a certain Spanish rookie qualifies before March, which seems very likely. I'll be looking to back both in the outrights for all majors bar the Masters this year as both have multiple majors in them and might as well get the fancy prices before the horse bolts.

Bottas!!

Yep, deal finally confirmed.

5/1 on him to win the title is now a bet. Although I did previously suggest 33/1 & 20/1 before the Nico situation blew up. 5/1 still overpriced though.

If Valtteri does go on to win the title, I make a nice profit of just over £5000 .. so fingers crossed for that

I wouldn't normally share anything from The S*n.  And as much i wish the old boy luck it would cause too much of a hooha if the courts actually agree that Liquidation of the company meant liquidation of the club.

https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/news/420418/a-punter-is-suing-coral-bookies-for-refusing-a-250000-payout-on-his-wager-that-rangers-would-be-relegated/

Zero chance of getting paid.

Having said that, it would be a nice gesture of Coral to offer him 5 or 10k as a good will payment.

The case is in court today, Albert Kinloch (suing Corals) says he won lots of money at poker tournaments, 3rd in Scottish championship. If Texas holdem poker had arrived in UK when he was younger he would have turned professional.

16.40 kempton today...

any tips? have a reasonable 4 fold, with 3 wins with this the last race. Have got Tred Softly at 13/8 and has won on this course and ground before, which is good to see. Any thoughts? Cash out or happy t let it go

Won at Woverhampton last time out. Watched reply...ran on very well, given others had first run.

Pretty poor runners otherwise....must have a good chance .

I'd let it ride...Good Luck!

yeah i think i shall, all th previous 3 winners, all drifted out, last race starchitect went from 4/7 i think to 11/10, which has raised potential returns nicely! With that, as well as the others and the returns have nearly doubled!!
Seems like a decent chance anyway
