My last post about the tennis this week as I'm sure the each way markets will go to 1/3 odds soon. We are into the last 16 at Indian Wells. Goffin won last night and is 28/1 (1/2 odds each way) with Spurting Bet. The second best player in his quarter pulled out injured so the prices of the other three players left in his quarter are over 100/1. Five of the top six in the market are in the other half of the draw. He will face Stan/Thiem/Monfils in the semis and he has beat each of those guys on hard courts within the last twelve months in their previous meetings including Stan here last year.

He is not an elite player, but had two finals so far this year on hard courts and made the QF of Aussie Open. Made the semis here last year and seems to be playing reasonably well. The final is going to be a stretch but anything can happen in men's tennis these days and nobody is solid. Whoever gets out of the bottom half could be a bit fatigued after 2 or 3 tough matches.

Seems to me like a slam dunk ew bet. Can any tennis judges talk me out of it?

Betting at Indian Wells totally skewed because of the Murray getting knocked out of an already weak half. Now is time for an each way bet on someone in the top half whilst still 1/2 odds for place.

Pick your poison
Wawrinka
Goffin
Thiem
R B Agut
Berdych
An outsider

Monfils dealing with illness so prob avoid him

no one?

not an interesting looking race? or wide open?

My selection is Moon Racer  EW  @ 9-1  tomorrow in The Champion Hurdle

Been told Yorkhill is fighting fit for The JLT Chase Thursday and a definite bet to win at 6-4

Fraser.  Hills have gone 12/1 right now.  Beats betfair, so guess it is a boost??

Hi Dave

Hope you are well

Cheers for that ,Im In for some more @ 12s...still 10 and half on the machine

Good Luck everybody with the Cheltenham punts

Jonathan Joseph's scintillating hat trick took him joint top of the england try scorers in the 2017 6n today. One game to go, dublin next saturday

Fred has a small bet on with me I think. I thought this one was dead and buried but a great sweat now. Thanks Tighty! I've got Liam Williams as top overall tryscorer too on my betting slip as tipped up by you too I believe.

few bets for cheltenham

1.30 I am waiting for a price I can get on something.
2.10  I have backed Some Plan each way.  Obv a stinking e/w race, so only put a v small bet on and can't spare any for thread.
2.50  Like Trigg and JohnChaver I am on Holywell (11/1) e/w.  Well in on weights.  I also like the look of Ibis Du Rheu (12/1) in this race.  Young improving novice who could be thrown in, though given it is a Paul Nicholls horse then maybe not.
If thread wants 25 e/w on each of these let me know.  Terms are quarter first 5. Please let me know early tomorrow and don't wait for them to go 8/1 at midday.

3.30 Too difficult.  I backed Chitbello at 40/1 e/w but that has gone and prob won't back anything else or take 28/1.
4.10  Backed Vroom Vroom Mag on betfair, though negative vibes stops me putting it up for thread.
4.50  I have backed two in here (Abre De Vie at 20/1 and Tiger roll at 14/1).  Given I can get quarter 4 places, I think that makes them suitable bets for thread.

Again if you want up to 25 e/w on both let me know early

5.30  I like the look of All Hell Let Loose (20/1), and it is definitely a bit leftfield.  Seems to have been backed and there can't be many as unexposed (has run in one chase).  Trainer seems to do well here.

Again if you want up to 25 e/w let me know early

Sorry, can't post more, am working at the mo and it is late and the site was playing up earlier.

Good night

we will take the four bolded ones please

A lot of people say Yorkhill is one of, if not the most talented horse in training. However, Jamie Codd  said that Yorkhill is the most ignorant horse he has ever seen  Cheesy

Have him in an antepost double with Altior, so hopefully Ruby can give him as good a ride as he did in the Neptune last year.

Good luck chaps!

£20 on Chesterfield-Chesterfield @ 5-1 please.

They're a genuine relegation team who concede plenty and don't score many, but that all goes out the window when they play a team in disarray.

Back the other team to be winning at half- and full-time for the rest of this season and you won't go wrong.

It is five horses.  2, 2 and 1.  If you don't want one just let me know which, or I'll just assume 5.

I can't believe that Tal and Talwise haven't returned for Cheltenham Sad

It's almost time for a rousing chorus of the earwig song.

Good luck all. Seems to me all the good Judges are on Holywell. That will do for me.

Is Tal on a sabbatical? Or a falling out?

Tikay u around for our heads up? If anyone wants to see the Jedi Master (tikay) win at poker we will be playing heads up for a comp next door. No pressure now Teeks.

Good, pretty hard to keep up his posting rate.

Watched The Opening Show this morning and was a bit disappointed with it. Seemed to be not so much race analysis and more talking about the chances of Henderson and Walsh as they were the guests.
