He certainly has fine taste when it comes to dining which makes him alright in my book.

Gone right to the top of my list, if he loves a bit of good scran.

No sooner did I post that and he's Tweeted a picture of a dodgy-looking Hawaiian pizza with ham and pineapple - in a posh Italian eaterie in Paddington though.

boyles go 2.5 for there to be a goal in every prem game today. 1.46 best elsewhere on oddschecker (unless i am missing something). £20 max stake allowed for me.

Nice one Ant, last gasp winner Smiley

Cheers. It was a lovely way to bink!

Agreed! Of the 10 games, I bet you didn't think you'd be sweating the City game into injury time haha

Unlucky with the Sterling bet Tikay. Frustrating that he was in the top 4 for about 3 years and then drops out on the final day. That Vardy goal after 3 minutes really killed it off.

Got various thoughts for next season but we shall see how the World Cup goes first.

No complaints or regrets here Plumpy.

Good value & a good sweat ticks my boxes, I just like a little fun as we trundle along life's bumpy road.

Was good to see you at Notts SPT, sorry I was a bit busy on the Sunday evening & could not chat much. Decent weekend though. Poor old Sandford had a mare. Seems a nice kid, though the bouncers clearly saw him differently.

Ufc in Brazil this weekend, a place where home fighters tend to get the benefit of close decisions.

https://www.oddschecker.com/ufc-mma/john-lineker-v-brian-kelleher/method-of-victory

Lineker via decision 11/4

John Lineker is an all action Brazilian fighter. His style is walking forward and a high volume of strikes. He is top 5 in his division. His opponent Brian Kelleher is not quite the same class and its a step up, he is also willing to stand and trade blows which suits Lineker. As the home fighter with a judge friendly style in a fight that is favoured to go the distance, this is a slam dunk with Spurting Bet at 11/4. Suggest 30 quid if Fred has an account there. Anything above 2/1 is good.

On what is a pretty underwhelming card, this should be the fight of the night, an all out war and worth a watch. Should be on BT Sport.

Not sure if anyone actually bet this, but to update the result. Lineker dominated the fight, clearly taking the first two rounds with powerful striking. He could have easily cruised in the the third and took the decision but instead kept going forwards and got the TKO with one minute left in the fight. Almost got it home. Surprisingly good card actually on Saturday night.

Talking of Starsports

They are offering money back (as cash upto £25) if second beaten a length or less at the sponsored card tonight at Towcester. Not going to change anybodies life but the 7.00 with only 2 runners looks the obvious port of call for anyone interested

+1

Very unlucky not to get weighed in there.

Was a great card, and if 226 turns out anywhere near as good, I'll be happy.

Will it be Thomas or Doria ?...the burning conundrum of the week.

After Thomas's change of heart  Smiley to attend....he plummeted into 1/3 yesterday and Doria went out to 6/1

Then the heart op came into play and they flip flopped , now 1/5 Mum and 9/2 Dad.

Is the op happening?...can he get on a private plane by Friday?...the nation holds it breath.

Big Sam gone and Silva favourite.

As a Watford fan he was impressive at first, but I don’t fully buy into the huge downturn linked wholly to the Everton situation.

Not sure why everyone hypes so bad, Yes performed well at Hull but still led them down, yes started well at Watford but would of led us down too. Proven record in failing in the prem is all I see. A 30% W record  isn’t exactly world leading.

https://www.oddschecker.com/darts/pdc-world-championship/winner

Hard to think Michael Smith will be 40/1 to win the worlds this year in a few months.  He has had a few brutal draws at the worlds in recent years early doors and needed to get over the hump in a big game (esp against Ando).  I think this is a serious break out year for Smith this year.  Nappy factor as well.    Worth £50ew at 40/1.

Not much between him and the big boys now.  Snakebite looks seriously gone at the game and is 12/1.  Gurney and Cadby at similar prices are a joke in comparison to Smith.  Smiths world ranking of 9th is false due to terribly unlucky draws at the last few worlds (averaged 103.5 losing to unseeded floater Cross in the second round this year) where all the big money is ranking wise.

Might want to add the 5/4 MVG to the portfolio at this rate!!!  Smith not done much wrong here and getting royally pounded.  Unplayable.  Great to watch.  Better than Taylor at his peak in this mood.
