Has anyone ever bet with pokerstars?  They are giving me a £1 free bet every day right now, and noticed that they are laying a max of £100 on the 2,000 guineas ante post.  Is that the same for everybody or have I somehow got restricted already?

I put a golf bet on with them a while ago that had a bigger return than £100, but that might have been before the Flutter merger, when they got info on everyone.

Maybe it's ante-post related? I can bet 308 on the fav on 2,000 guineas race, but next race at Newcastle can do 3k. Their site is pretty clunky but they give good offers on football (account dependent).

cheers, can bet £59 on Native Trail, so on <20% having never backed a winner.  They are laying 66/1 on Eydon for the 2,000 for those who have backed a winner?

Oh, good luck with that.  May not even run, but I think the Fielden produces a fair few decent horses and should be way shorter than 10/1 the place if he runs.   Does Native Trail scare lots of others off?  Don't know if we could end up with a single figure field, or O'Brien turns up mob handed again.

Other than mug punting on the machine, I've all but given up on punting.

Can't get on with many, and don't want to get all my old man's shut down now he like splashing about a bit.

...A better prospect, though not definitely for the full Derby trip, is Eydon  , who won the Listed Feilden Stakes at Newmarket on Thursday in good style.

This was another steadily run race, as shown by those high finishing speed %s, but in Eydon’s case he came from plum last to win by a clear margin.

That is the mark of a good horse but also of a quick one, and the colt’s striding (2.38 max, 2.16 min, 25.5-feet stride) is most typically that of a 10f performer, and maybe a Prix du Jockey Club candidate

Wherever he goes next, Eydon is an exciting horse for the future: perhaps the most exciting three-year-old seen in the last couple of weeks, outside of Native Trail himself.

Still some 40/1 about with Corral/Ladbokes etc.

Still can't promise he runs though.

Well it looks like we get a run at least.  Shy going 33/1 fifth four places which seems a stonking bet given a short priced favourite and 15 runners.   They laid me £1.23 which isn't so great :/   Anyway those that can, should probably do so.

Edit.   Just checked betfair and someone is asking for £100 at 27/1 which I assume is enough to cause a bit of a timber in prices these days.  Get the 33/1 4 places before they catch up at Shy.
