Turned out somebody did call the police.
http://www.essexchronicle.co.uk/court-round-cases-heard-Essex-magistrates/story-21324133-detail/story.html
RYAN JOHN HARMER, 25, of Fairway, Chelmsford, was fined £500 for stealing cash to the value of £350 from Bethannie Freeman at Chelmsford on May 8.
He was ordered to pay £350 compensation, a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs to the CPS.

It was a fantastically good read , even second time around
Particularly liked the spat between Camel and Mantis , pure laugh out loud stuff.
Blonde could make a movie one day , not sure what the title might be.
I reckon the Inbetweeners could play some of the people off this particular thread.
Dunno whether Mantis would be played by Jay or Will.

It felt odd at the time and even now I can't believe how naive we could be, I mean Dubai's slippers didn't really cost £200 did they?

Gucci darling, probably don't have one in Sheffield.

I think everybody got repaid via bank of parents. Not seen him in a long time. Guess he has given up poker/gambling as part of the conditions of sentence 1.
Edit. He still has a Twitter account.

If everyone has been repaid and his parents and him are now happy, then that seems a good result. He seems to hacd kept his nose clean and reformed. If this is the case, good luck to him. Assuming he has changed, must be hard to give up all that gambling. I don't know any of this for certain, only met the guy a couple of times.
Seems Solaris has some way to go.
