I have academically tested, occasionally remembering to stir halfway through makes me feel like a proper chef but sure does taste any different from the standard 'very hot'.

yeah he seems like a plant to just be shit. Weird series so far.
Interesting storyville program been on iplayer at the moment following an English guy who was trying to make it in New York being a chef. Really interesting program. Food looks incred! So funny watching him say I want two Michelin stars, then be asked by the owner to change the menu to burger and chips!

Yesterday's bunch actually seemed decent compared to what we've had in previous weeks.
No doubt the Skills Test tonight will bring them crashing down again.
And yes, serve the woman first ffs. You are professionals. You should know this!

Chefs know fk all about serving people in a restaurant, it wouldn't even occur to them.

any decent chef knows this.
On a food related tangent, there are some awesome little clips called Munchies, by Vice guide, where they take a rated restaurant and go out for dinner/drinks with the owners and some friends to their own personal favourite places in the city where there restaurant is. Really interesting. Must be so sick to go out drinking, then come home and make amazing home made pizza

Mate I come from a family that has a bunch of restaurants, when I was younger I worked in some of Londons top hotels, trust me if they have only ever worked in the kitchen and never front of house it wouldn't even occur to most of them. All they focus on is getting good food on the plate nothing else.
