Bet he was close though. not really, finished 150/5707 you could just read my fb status but I'll c&p it for you here instead running through the bowels of the olympic stadium with the chariots of fire music blaring out before emerging into daylight and running onto the track with thousands of cheering spectators = fucking amazing course was measured wrong, was somewhere between 5.1 and 5.2 miles, finished in 31:35 but did 30:43 for 5 miles rather ridiculously over the first 5k I also took 22 seconds off my 5k pb doing 18:41 winner did 25:11 which I think was equal to the olympic record |

Great time as well, and sounds like a brilliant experience. |
