Darts

Scuy are 5/6 that there wont wont be a 180 in the first leg.  Surely this should be more like 1/2.  They will both have max 9 darts each to achieve this.
Seems like a good bet to me.

Lewis doesn't seem to like this one match per week format and Power is on the decline.  Vic go (NRNB) so does this mean the lineup is still to be confirmed?

Line up will be confirmed after tonight's final.  Ando is 1.0000000000000000000001 to be in the premier league.

MVG
Anderson
Taylor
Lewis
Wright
Barney
Chisnall
Smith
Thornton
Klaasen

That would be my lineup. Wade probably gets in there though.

Would be surprised if Wade misses out again after getting snubbed last time for his mental issues.  Thornton might get the chop after his first round exit at the world's from your list for him.  Klassen should get in for 3 dutch given there is a night in Holland this year i think.

Yes. Gets in ahead of Thornton for me.

Thornton has a TV  win to his name and a top 8 ranking which should get him in. Also was unlucky to miss out last year. Klaasen probably doesn't deserve to be in but with the Dutch date, his performance at the worlds and his quick style which is ideal for the format he will probably be there. Chisnall deserves to be there due to his performance last year and again his style is made for the format. The rest are locks. I think Wade gets a spot fwiw but don't think he should.

Anderson 4/5 most 180's. I know they're both decent but this is a good bet no?

Kim is a million to get back in surely?  Should never have been in last year.  Sure he only got in because they were introducing the new event, Belgium open, last year on the circuit.

Premier League darts came up down the pub and it took us a while to recall that Steven Bunting participated in 2015. There's also a few of the older generation who quite vocally declare Wade a nutjub at any given opportunity. With attitudes like that Wade could be overlooked for a while yet.

I love THE BULLET but he won't be in this year.

Wouldn't mind seeing Wade getting the boot. Think his quarter final performance may just be the nail in his premier league coffin. Very boring to watch. And these days he just seems resigned to the fact he can't beat the top players.

Would like to see Smith and Klaasen come in for Kim and Wade.

This is a good bet.  Lewis drops down to 19's more often.

I think that demolition against Ando finished Wade's career for me at the top level.  The body language at the hand shake at the end of the game when he got destroyed just said 'i tried Bristow to convince me i can still operate at the top level but it made no difference at all'.  He is nowhere near the top players talent wise/scoring wise and has run like god to win 6 tv majors (last one was in 2010 fwiw when the game was a lot easier once Taylor was out than today).
