Rumour has it that the fine is because he was pissed. I don’t remember anything blatantly obvious at the time but I’ve seen many clear cases in the past go unpunished. A couple of years back Cullen was at the players and banged in a 101 ave in the afternoon. Came back in the evening to play Barney and clearly had a skinful and averaged 71. That was as blatant as it gets and went unpunished.

Great night for the draws in the PL tonight.  First four games all look very very close.  First three are all text book flips and the Wright game looks a lot closer than the betting suggests.  Definitely worth a yankee tonight if you can get 10/3+ each leg.

contenders been an amazing success thus far, been no games including contenders that have been anything close to a walkover.

Not sure if it can live as a long term thing but a great idea for this year.

Need good Prem now we aint got much major darts to do for a few months.

How would you price Gurney v Barney in Holland in the PL in 3 weeks?  Will Barney be close to a fav given how mental the crowd was last year out there?

The crowd was very kind to Barney last night when he walked on but he still couldn't produce the goods

Gurney could be anything, so unpredictable

If you was still running the book how would you price it?

I would make it 5/4 gurney 2/1 barney and 3/1 the draw.  But would be worried about getting filled in on the 5/4!

Barry rarely gets anything wrong to be fair to him. I wasn’t overly keen on it when announced but it has been a massive success.

i could see a big 10 ini the PL next year and then an additional contenders match each night between two contenders but having no league implications.

6/5 gurney 9/4 barney if they played tomorrow imo

Few edges in barneys favour but he's just not playing well enough or showing anything enough, gurney playing alright overall just missing a bit of the mega scoring that made him so dangerous, get the feeling he's sort of out of love with it at the moment.

Four of tonights matches have potential draw outcome

The chins confidence is low and looks like getting lower
